Pizza is really good and the staff is super friendly. The company doesnt seem to care about their staff and has them working in... 90+ temperatures. asked them about the ac and they said it's been broken for years. We do not recommend this location. Picked up pizza for 7, all of us got sick right after eating.
Crust was hard and slightly burnt. Was ordered with pepperoni and sausage but it was almost nonexistent. Could count the... pepperoni slices on one hand. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. Read more
If I could give this papa johns 0 stars I would, the least helpful, the ugliest customer service I have ever felt with. I never... even leave bad reviews but for the employee I dealt with to call me incompetent because I didn?t know how to use the onlineordering system is ridiculous. I asked 3 different times for a thin crust pizza, ordered and paid for two separate pizzas, wastold they would make it thin crust if it was ordered a large pizza so ordered and paid for a large and they still didn?t make itthin crust. I have never been treated so horribly by a business. I never once asked for my money back or a refund I just wanteda thin crust pizza. $40 later I have two incorrect pizzas, I would never order through them again. Read more
Food took double the time promised. Order was not made as ordered online. Was out for delivery for 30 min. Pizza was cold... when it arrived. Store would not answer phone calls. Order anywhere else. $1 gas station pizza would be an improvement. Read more
We were from out of town and wanted a pizza. My husband asked the guy to just have the delivery guy bring it out to the truck... that we were sitting in the parking lot. And the foreigners couldn't understand what he was saying and why we were in theparking lot. Papa John's used to be one of my favorite pizza places to go! Read more
Terrible service, it was requested I say and spell my name two times, I had to repeat my order two times and card number two... times. Say the address two times. Wow! I already had a long day and deal with someone like this? Never again I will take mybusiness someplace else. Read more
