92 degrees outside. As a paying customer, requested glass of water with my burger and shake and was told I would have to buy a... bottle of water. If I was a dine-in guest, they would certainly provide a glass with my meal. At least the steak and shake I ateat a few days prior was so kind? in any event, I cannot and will not support a business that strong arms its customers in topurchasing a bottle of water. I guess they're running tight on ketchup. What a joke this place is really going downhill.
Worst experience. Order online for curbside. Got their they didn?t answer the phone and door was locked. Went through the drive... thru to pick up and waited over an half an hour. Milkshake machine broke. Our cups had more pop on the outside then inside. Ourburgers were cold and disgusting and we didn?t even get our fries with our meals. My son ordered a plain hot dog and they putketchup and mustard on it. Tried calling the restaurant 5 times after we left and no answer. I would like a refund! Read more
Today I went and there was only one worker and I just want to say I am very pleased with the service they provided and even tho... I had to wait awhile I don't mind because they are doing the best they can do with a line to the street. I even tipped becausepeople can be jerks sometimes in that situation. food was great and I was treated respectfully so def no complaints! Read more
Ordered cheese fries. This is what I got with my fries and a burger so cold it felt like it had come out of the fridge.... Disgusting. No working soda machine. No refund for the extra I paid for flavor added to my soda I ordered and neverreceived. Greatly disappointed. Read more
This place was filthy. The floors in the dining room and the bathroom were really dirty, the toilets were gross, the hand dryer... in the women's bathroom wasn't working, and one of the soap dispensers was empty. Our ketchup bottles were both empty, nonapkins at the table, no salt on the table and I had to request silverware for my burger with no bun. We had to wait severalminutes to get seated. I didn't get the burger I ordered. However the burgers we got were quite good and our server was good. Read more
Got to the drive through and waited over 7 minutes to be served, yelled hello multiple times with no answer. I finally got... annoyed and went to the window, we're I watched 2 employees play around with a cup of milkshake ( at least that's what it lookedlike) honked my horn 3 times and was still ignored. Finally started waving my hands around and when someone came over andopened the window I said I've been waiting and she got a rude and said no one was back there, they checked. I told her exactlywhat time I arrived and the employee just rolled her eyes and said what can I get you. I replied with NOTHING NOW and shesaid okay and slammed the window shut. I won't return.
