I stopped here for lunch and the guy working behind the counter literally had his cell phone sitting on the counter that they... make the subs on because he wanted to watch the OSU football game while making our food. He was so worried about missinganything with the game that he loaded my sandwich with vinegar instead putting a little bit of oil on it. He was knocking thingsoff the counter and when his coworker had said that he was going too fast because he wanted to watch the game, he replied withyeah I wanna watch the game. I haven?t missed an ohio state game-I am a die hard fan. I realize it?s only subway, but therestill should be some level of professionalism. He should not be watching the game while waiting on customers..especially if thatis his main priority. Take the day off if it?s going to cause you to not be able to take 3 minutes to focus on the customersthat you are paid to take care of. Read more
I walked up to the counter to order an icee. The girl waited on someone that walked upafter me and told me it was because even... though I wasn't getting a sandwich I had to start down there. To be waited on. No one was there when I 1st walked up there wasno one to get behind. Read more
Very nice employees and they work well to get people in and out when they are busy. The food is very good. They accept Subway... coupons (some states do not). Read more
From out of town and decided to try this subway, well we are very satisfied! We were cutting up laughing having a good time with... the staff! Samantha and Xavier are amazing don't even know us but acted as if they known us for years! My 13 yearold and Irecommend this restaurant because they are great at customer service! Read more

DAVID) I would like to know WHY YOU would do away with Military Discounts at YOUR all American Subway store ? 10% off , for aman or a woman that served in the United States Armed Forces is that too much for your pocket? You obviously never served yourcountry? Those of us that have served talk at meetings and at get togethers at the VFW , AMVETS , MOOSE , DAV? etc. you getwhere I?m going with this ? The price of subs was incorrect on receipt verses what was on the board. Only one person was working and she had three families... to wait on so I didn?t bother trying to get it fixed. The table we sat at was not tightened down so the whole table top moved.The restrooms were very unclean, toilet paper dispenser fell apart and paper towel dispenser was broke. When you walk in, itappeared the store had recently been remodeled but very unclean over all. The floor was sticky in places like it had not beenmopped. The topping bar temp was too cold which was obvious by the frost on the vegetable containers. Very very disappointedand will not return. For a family of four we can eat at Firehouse a few hundred feet away and get a much better sub, in acleaner environment, with better service all around. Read more
I usually rarely ever come to this subway but I did today & probably never will again. The girl who took my order could not cut... the bread & as she was cutting it she smashed the whole thing, she didn?t just do this once but twice because after the firsttime I asked for a new piece. Came in tonight after a Mobile Order , when I got home noticed my Sub was made the same as my wife's, I ordered the FrontCourt... and it was made the same as my Wife's, Champ , called the store to let them know it was made wrong and since they were alreadyclosed I'd come back the next day , but employee said I'd have to pay for them to remake it even though she made it wrong by her, she said the ticket was read right but it was not , as both subs were made the same , very disappointed in her customerservice as she said not to worry about it and didn't know how to handle the situation. I very do hope my sub will be madecorrectly in the morning without having to pay for a sub I already paid for and did not eat . Will be bringing the sub back andreceipt with pictures. Read more
