My wife and I have enjoyed this Taco Bell sense high-school and loved it just as much today ????. They are staying open later... now and serving the food faster so definitely getting back to the great service that we know and love. No matter how many times I order here, I have never had a correct order past 10 PM. I ordered a five layer with no sour cream,... extra nacho cheese. They give me a five layer with no nacho cheese, and slathered in horrendous levels of sour cream. This isn'ta one off thing; it's EVERY SINGLE TIME, NO MATTER WHAT, they will RUIN my order. Unless if it's specifically a menu item withNO adjustments, it's going to be done wrong. Please, one "pump" of nacho cheese isn't enough for a whole burrito. 2 is fine. Butwhen you're putting five pounds of dry beans in, with three pumps of sour cream, that is DISGUSTING. My boyfriend picks food upfor me on the way home, and we're charged EXTRA for this, every time. I'm pretty sure over the past 10 trips, 9 have been wrong,and we've been charged extra for it. Read more
Went through the drive thru. Was shorted a soft taco. They did nothing except suggest we come back, but the ten minute drive... wouldn't be worth it for the rest of food to get cold. Other tacos were a mess and the nachos hardly had anything. Must be niceto work for a place with no standards. Read more
I?ve never reviewed any fast food restaurant before, but this Taco Bell is the best I?ve ever been to. Super clean (not sticky... like most), extremely friendly and helpful service (even offering to remake the quesadilla without spice for my toddler, withoutbeing asked!) and very clean bathrooms with changing tables in both men?s/women?s bathrooms. Probably one of the worst visits today. Order a Cheddar chulpa box was told they no longer have it and haven't for a while... (still on the menu) then order 3 tacos no lettuce (one has more cheese then meat) the shells are stale, order cheesy fiestapotatoes and get no plastic silverware to eat it with and no napkins. I understand that menus change put a sticker over the itemlike you did the Mexican Pizza, make sure items aren't stale and for $7.19 it's worth ordering. I don't even have $2.00 worth offood between the tacos. Read more
