Food was delicious!! The drink was great but needed to be a wee bit stronger lol.. the chicken was so moist and tender and... their mashed potatoes are hard to beat! Not too mention some of THE BEST dinner rolls! Read more
Phenomenal dinner experience! Minimal wait time for seating, great atmosphere, fantastic food, and the service was impeccable.... Prices are very reasonable. Easy access just off I-75 and ample parking available. Only reason I pulled a star was because ittook quite a while for the food to arrive. Not a huge deal, but it was a bit excessive. Other than that, our family had a greattime and will return the next time we visit Findlay! Read more
I love this place for one of many reasons the first is their bread rolls... they are so delicious along with their cinnamon /... sugar butter OMG!!!! if you never been here I highly recommend going trust me you won't be disappointed. The staff there arealways so nice and face its just a great place all the way around!!!! So what you waiting for go try it out lol Read more
I love Texas Roadhouse but the service I got tonight was despicable. First problem was we waited 30-45 minutes for our... appetizers which was okay cause they were busy till our food came out 10 minutes later come to find out our waitress forgot toput our appetizers in & put our salads as a to go order. We started eating a the ribs were extremely dry and rough. The steakswe ordered weren’t cooked to our preferences. We then asked to have our salads and it took the waitress 30 minutes to comeback with check & no salads so we just told her to just give them to us in the to go boxes since they were already prepared togo. Then when I got home I looked at the salads and all I got was a tiny pit of lettuce & crouton’s(added photo). I meanhonestly this is ridiculous and horrible customer service. I understand it gets busy and believe me I still tipped good becauseI know mistakes can happen and not all the mistakes were on the waitress but this should be addressed immediately because Iwon’t ever be returning to this Texas Roadhouse again. Just as good as all the others but two things did put this roadhouse a step above the rest. 1.The rolls were massive and 2. The... service was above and beyond, Mckenzie was speedy taking my order within 2.1 seconds of sitting down. Then when my mealconcluded before I asked she was bringing me a box of rolls to go and asked if I wanted a tea to go as well. I always get rollsto go but she was the first to mention the beverage. The food was amazing and the service was awesome. It was for my father in laws birthday and their birthday cheer was hilarious.... He loved it. Everything was clean and everyone was really friendly and accommodating to the dietary needs of my party. I had thebone in ribeye with the baked potato and it was perfectly medium just how I like.
