Great food the rating is for afternoon time food was great but drive thru worker needs more customer service training
What a joke,they are slower than molasses in January. It took almost 20 minutes for 3 drinks (drive thru) and they look like... they could care less. Read more

Findlay Ohio. Tim Hortons is a bit lackluster. It's the employees, and they don't participate in the Tim rewards. Counter was... filthy, spilled coffee, crumbs, etc. Staff set my box on the counter and slid to me, rather than just hand it. Now everythingis wet and sticky. I was waiting for more items, so I grabbed a few napkins and wiped the box off and was going to clean thecounter when the staff took them, and never bothered to clean the counter. Not friendly, not clean, kinda a bummer here. Read more

I think they forgot they were a drive thru - waiting for 15 minutes in your car to place an order is insane - especially when... there are only 3 cars in front of you. In fact, I?m still sitting here this very minute and had enough time to be patient, getannoyed, get really annoyed, decide to write a review, and write it. Great 1st experience at Tim Hortons. Had heard the hype about it, but never been in an area that had one so as soon as we saw... this location we immediately pulled in to give it a try. The Timbits were exactly as good as everyone said. We had the sourcream blueberry ones and they were amazing! The Oreo frappe was also very delicious. The Boston cream donut was well filled andpretty tasty as well. This location is unique with a cold stone paired with it, but it does have a drive thru. We walked insideto get the full experience and there?s a nice display of what they have available. Definitely will return to a Tim Hortonswhenever back north. Read more

Friendly staff, quick detour from i75. They have drive through but I got confused as I was here for ice cream. Wanted to try... signature mix ice cream but did not see items on the screen or walls. Restrooms were clean, inside was crowded when Ivisited. Lot of parking space available. Not very easy to spot from main roads. Read more
