Ordered ahead, second in line, took 42 minutes to get my order. And this was just the last time. Have spent over an hour in... line. Swore I wouldn't go there again. Well, made the mistake of going for breakfast today. One person was at the window when ipulled up. Sat at order box for 12 minutes, nobody said anything. I actually hate this place. (door dasher) The place is a joke. There's no way the people that work there care about their job. I sat in a line for what I'm... guessing was about 40-50 minutes waiting to get to the drive thru window (inside was closed for some reason) and even after thatextremely long and around 25 mins late pickup time the order was STILL NOT READY! And even when they did complete the order theywere missing so many things which will most likely count against ME. 8 people in line, no one ordering inside, 3 people leftbecause the line was taking forever. And yeah I get it as someone who has worked in an understaffed kitchen can go slow but notan hour slow. Pulled into the drive-thru, lobby looked empty and there was a car ahead of us at the menu board, no cars at the window or in... line. Waited 6 minutes. The car pulled away and we sat at the speaker for 7 minutes before my husband said ?Hello, anyonethere?? It was replied to with a very rude ?It will be just a minute, we?re busy in here!? Took another 4 minutes before theycame back on. Now, they did apologize for the wait, but not sure it was sincere, took our order and we pulled right up. Theytook our money, handed us our food 5 minutes later and off we went. As we pulled out, there was like a major line. My best tothose folks. Our fries were rubber tasting and cold. No way it was fresh. Sandwiches sloppily constructed but tasted ok,definitely not hot. I would have complained to the person in charge, except the rude person WAS the one in charge, so calling ispointless. At the window you could here loud laughing inside and joking. A little bit slow but a great place to eat if you are trying to grab a bite to go. Did mess up my order for a bacon burger and... got a regular burger but charged the price of a bacon classic. Read more

Way to much bread for any of their sandwiches. They don't toast their buns. You pay to much for a bread sandwich!!!! Staff all... had a face full of scabs. They wear gloves......you know they haven't been changed in hours. I'm not going to come down toohard, every fast food restaurant is exactly the same. The wait time is horrendous. I ordered through the mobile app no problems there. I was pulled ahead as I ordered 30 nuggies and 2 lg no salt fries and a... crispy chicken sandwich all of which were made fresh when I got there; which was why I was pulled ahead. Upon receiving my orderit was shoved into 1 bag and the lettuce on my sandwich was the rib section of the romaine I took the lettuce off and threw itaway. The 3 stars were due to these reasons. I've been there twice in the past 6 months and both times the service is terrible. They take one order at a time in the drive... through then wait until that person takes their food before taking another order. I assumed staffing was low so wait times arelonger, I get it. I ordered a chicken nugget kids meal for my 6 year. He takes a bite after we're already out of line and saysit's too spicy. They gave him spicy nuggets...in a kids meal. I ordered 3 frosties and asked if I could get spoons, there werenone in the bag. She looks at me like I have 3 heads and says I don't think we have spoons but let me ask (she acted like I wascrazy for asking for spoons). 5 minutes later she's back at the window and says they don't have spoons.
