I hate to say but this was the slowest service ever. 26 minutes in the drive through for one combo meal and a 4/$4. I felt bad... for the employees but it was a painful wait. If we weren?t on a road trip and limited on time and options we would have left. Abunch of people did. They were giving up on the drive thru as well dine-in customers. A sign of the times perhaps. I?m not sure what was going on possibly a staffing situation. There was a couple eating inside, a couple that just walked in,... and myself at lunchtime. The employees complained people were coming in and to lock the door. I only had a carry out order Iplaced online. I wasn?t staying. I didn?t feel welcome either way. Read more
Food was great but the girl with an affro was in an extremely rude and almost made me go somewhere else. I know that she was at... work but it's rediculous to be sighing after everything I say. Going to Wendy's is like basically making your own food... you stay in the Drive-Thru line probably as long as it would take you... to make your own hamburger they're always out of things I just don't understand why Wendy's takes so long to get you your foodit's fast food I think right???? only good thing I could say about Wendy's on Blanchard is that Dave is the greatest workerthere he's always helping going above and beyond I've noticed and he's always just super kind can make that long line that beenwaiting on not so bad if you get him at the window.
