Dropped by for iced coffee, cold beverages. No issues with ordering, got our drinks fast and the way we expected it.
Usually there is never a problem, but today the last drink of my coffee was nothing but coffee grinds. Not to mention I could... not get a receipt for what I purchased. Definitely not a good experience. Read more
I stop in here everyone morning and normally don't have a problem. I go before work so I order online at least 10 minutes before... I leave the house. This morning, I was running late so I didn't get there until 20 minutes after I ordered. They had finishedthe pancakes I ordered, but the tea was no where to be seen. I thought maybe that are still working on it, but 10 minutes rollby and no one even asks me why I am there! Finally, they help me, but by then I am already 10 minutes late to work. By far theworst service I have received from this location. Only reason I gave them 2 stars was because my food is always good. I wouldn'tcome back if it wasn't the most convenient location for me. Food and service is always great, but coffee (in all forms) tastes extremely watered down. I almost always get iced coffee or... cold brew and for the past few months has tasted like water flavored with whatever swirl I choose. No coffee flavor whatsoeveranymore. Coffee is usually inconsistent as well. I could order the same thing 5 times in a row and it never once tastes thesame, and I can guarantee that at least 3 out of 5 of those will not taste pleasant in the slightest. Read more
