The price of your fried chicken keeps going up & the quality has gone down. Way too much pepper in the batter. Ruins the taste!
This place is pretty bad, and the guy making the food today on Wed Feb 23, 2022 at about 12:30 PM is either ignorant or just... dishonest. I ordered: 2 piece chicken meal (comes with western fries) 1 additional piece of chicken 1 small side of mac &cheese Get out to the car and check the order and I'm missing the mac & cheese as well as the western fries... So, I go back into let them know and he all but blatantly called me a liar claiming that he put the mac & cheese in the order. And when I askedabout the western fries, he claimed that since I ordered (and paid full price in addition to the price of the meal combo) asmall side of mac & cheese I don't get the western fries with the combo. Will not be returning to Royal Farms... I've went herein the past just because it was convenient, but their food is always subpar anyway and the chicken is usually dried and tough(Martins chicken is much better). Read more
Was pretty disappointed just now when i got home, opened my chicken egg and pepper jack cheese biscuit with old bay that I... ordered, and it was only just a piece of chicken between a biscuit. Unfortunately this isn?t the first time this has happened. Read more

Soft drink station is never stocked when I come here, about 1x per week. No extra leg cups, lids empty, today the associate... stocking/cleaning it went on break before it was done. Behind food counter, chicken appeared old, associates not changing glovesbefore touching food after doing other things. Ignored the order screen. I ordered my sandwich, went and paid(not good cashier)and went to pick up and they still hadn't started making the sandwich. Bathroom was filthy. Read more
