Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:45. We arrived at 6:46 and no other customers in the store. An... employee was sitting on a table/counter towards the back kitchen on their phone and we could hear another employee?s voice inthe back. Our order hadn?t been started and when we asked for clarification on what the pick up time means, we were told that instore customers get priority before online orders are made. Normally, this could be understandable except two employees weredoing nothing when we arrived. With Subway?s recent transition away from their old menu, and the consistent lack of customerservice, we?re giving up on Subway in this area. Read more

my office placed an order for 3 sandwiches and a protein bowl, they missed the protein in the bowl and the veggie patty +... avocado i payed extra for. if you absolutely have to eat there, triple check they got your order right before you leave, or justGO SOMEWHERE ELSE Read more

We went in there today around 12 for lunch. My wife was the only customer in the store. They didn't but 2 options for breads.... They couldn't heat the sandwich due to it being broke. All 3 of the workers were just standing around and they claimed theydidn't have any cookies because they had been busy all day. Pretty pathetic way to run a business subway of frederick. We were there on Sunday Sept 18, 2022 at 1 pm. Every single table was dirty even though only one other person was eating. No ice... tea, no pickles, no olives, no cookies! Slowest service ever! This is the third time in the last couple months we experiencedhorrible service and lack of items. I mean how hard is to make a sandwich? Horrible management! Read more

They really need to get it together at this subway. they are always on there phones and don?t know how to make a sandwich... right. I?m starting to think the owner of this subway has no business owning a subway or any business for that matter. I?mconstantly having to go back and get things they forgot or we are stuck eating sandwiches that?s all sloppy and dry it?sridiculous already. everything is going up in price and getting worse in quality this place is a joke. I went into the store at 5:30 and they close at 9 and they didn?t have meatballs again is it your practice not to service... meatballs after 5:30 super tired of excuses oh we just ran out well dude you are open for another 3 1/2 hours this happens atall the Subways in the Firestone, Frederick area I have never been able to get meatball sub after 5 I bought nothing again andwill not be back I will go to Jersey Mikes. Got 3 protine bowls ordered through the app, 2 of them missed the add-ons extra money which i did not find out till I got home.... The meats and cheese were added as if they were on sandwiches and not cut up. Over all a poor job. If you do an app orderinspect your order before leaving. Read more

We were there a few times and we saw a ton of pet hair on the guy who was making sandwiches! When he walked around, I could saw... hair falling off his shirt. They should be more careful with this small detail. We lost our appetite ????! It's just too badthat we like to go there every so often. Read more
