We've recently ordered hamburgers for the family and found that upon receipt of the burgers, they were luke warm. You can tell... by the appearance that they were not fully cooked. Also, when they provided food, they did not offer any condiments andnapkins. Had to ask for each of those. They did ask if I wanted to leave a tip on the order, and perhaps if I did I would havehad fully cooked hamburgers served with condiments and napkins? Read more
