Service was extremely slow, both time to take our order and time to prepare and serve our food, even though we beat the lunch... rush. Fries and tots were mildly warm when they arrived at our table, and multiple people at our table commented that thedipping sauces seemed watered down. Our server did nothing but provide the bare minimum of service and was unintelligible whenspeaking. Poor attitudes, poor service. Good luck getting acknowledged when you walk in. Quality of employees is similar to that of a 90s... used car sales office. 146th street location only a few miles away in Carmel/Westfield is a better choice. Best of luck! Read more
Boneless wings are BOGO on Thursdays. I got two different flavors and they were good and hot. The restaurant was clean.
Okay, let me tell you about my experience. There was a long wait time for drinks and to order food and the place wasn’t busy... at all. Place was empty as hell, so the wait time was not justifiable. Employees on the clock couldn’t be bothered to cleanafter patrons have left. Some were standing around eating instead making sure tables were clean and good before other patronscame in to dine there. What a mess. No napkins, no silverware. When the food came out mine was traditional, even though I ordered boneless. My lemon... pepper was the dry rub even though I ordered sauce. My sons food didn’t come out with ranch like we ordered. And to top itoff, my wife’s food didn’t come out with everyone’s and then when we let them know, they brought out the wrong stuff. Dined in at many BWW around the cities and states. This was not so great. Orders take a lot of time to bring on to the table.... The wings just seems like flavored and tossed for a min. The sauces were not into the wing pieces. Didn’t like it though.Tried 6 varieties of wing sauces- none of them were great. Don’t know it’s just that day or usual. Also have to say inparticular that the lemonade tasted the same as water. And even if the tables were free and not filled up , it took a very longtime for the waitress to take us to the booth/table. Not a very great take out service for the price of our order. We ordered carrots and celery with ranch but only got 4 celery... sticks in a bag. We ordered a 10 piece wings that were completely cold and hardly covered in any sauce. Then the saddest partwas our 5 dollar order of fries that were also completely cold and soggy (not to mentioned there was hardly even a handful ofthem in the box). A dollar McDonald's large fry would've been way better. Very disappointing compared to any other source ofwings you could chose from in the area. Read more
