Please heed the reviews for this restaurant and avoid the Chipotlane like the plague. They will put zero effort into your order... and expect you to just drive away and not notice until you get home. Put in two orders today, one with double chicken, doublerice, and double wrapped. They handed me the smallest burrito I've ever seen. I'm not normally one to complain, but this waslaughably small. If Chipotle had a menu for 7-year olds, this burrito would be on it. Totally apathetic and unapologetic stafftoo. I'm a big Chipotle fan, but I'd avoid this one at all costs. We love Chipotle and went here multiple times and used the Chipotlane. We were usually let down in one way or another. Stale... chips, forgetting things, long wait times, no forks, and just plain skimping on food. We were always little disappointed anddecided to drive a little further to a different location. Same order comes out better. We will be avoiding this location andit's worth the extra few miles. 96th street has been significantly better so far. Read more
This is by far the worst chipotle I?ve ever been to. Pulled up to the drive through at 8:30p after waiting on line for about 30... min. Food wasn?t ready.The employees were playing some game throwing cups, screaming and cursing at each other. The poor managerclearly had no control over them? it was horrible and to top it all off my burrito sucked. They used the wrong meat and didn?tadd everything I requested. Quite a nice dining experience. Been there about 3 to 4 times over the last 2 month and has been a pleasant time. Nice place to... escape the summer heat. Employees are always nice and quick to cook and prepare our food. Nicely decorated with plenty ofseating. Read more
This location has gone completely downhill. The last two times I?ve ordered pick up have been TERRIBLE. Most recently, I ordered... a pick up order through the website. I arrive and there?s 12 cars in front of mine (not exaggerating). After sitting there for10 mins and not moving, I walk inside. I stood at the counter for 10 mins before anyone spoke to me. When I gave the staff myname, she said I?d need to wait for someone else to help me. There were 3 people working the carry out area. The two teenageboys were laughing and talking, working at a snails pace despite the orders overflowing and cars waiting excessive amounts oftime in the pick up lane. Finally someone asked for my name and my order wasn?t ready (despite the pick up time being 30 minsearlier). The staff then gave me my order, with a kids meal, chips and drink missing and the hot sauce spilled in the bag allover everything as I walked out. When I came back in and asked them to remake it, they refused. When I asked for my chips, theysaid they were out. I asked if they refunded me for the chips they were ?out? of, to which she said no and to contact thewebsite to figure it out. Currently trying to find a customer service number to get a FULL refund. WORST CHIPOTLE I?VE EVER BEEN TO!! I live in the area and have given this location MANY chances to exceed my lousy expectations,... to no success. Do NOT go through the Chipotlane unless you are okay with getting your order wrong Every. Single. Time. Theynever have chicken or steak cooked, chopped and ready to serve. It is highly advised to not use the drive up services for this location. This is the bowl and the amount of queso that were... received upon ordering via the app and picking up the food. The bowl was ordered with extra rice, double steak, and cheese. Thequeso wouldn?t have been a big issue had it been thrown in without a full cost. Without constant monitoring at this specificstore, this will be the result. They also are frequently out of many items. There seems to be a complete lack of planning forlunch and dinner rushes as well, as it is very common for there to be no back ups made and ready to go to ensure a smooth rush.It?s just a circus at times. Terrible. Chips were so stale I thought my teeth were going to break, I had crunchy brown rice, a nice size bone in my bowl.... Then to top it off they forgot my drink. Chipotle you need to do better oh and get the leak on your fridge fixed and don?t closeyour doors early. Will not go here EVER again. Read more
