I would leave a zero star review if I could. I know they are busy, but service was terrible. I ordered a drink and an avocado... toast and they both came 20 minutes later. My girlfriends coffee came only half full. Read more
Stopped in and had a breakfast sandwich and feel like I won't have to eat for the rest of the day, but it was good! Observed the... busy staff for about a half hour and was really impressed with their attitudes and how well they seemed to work together. This place is always fast. Every order I've made there has been exactly right. I think they train their employees very well.... They are courteous and fast. They have French crullers again. While some of their food items are a bit overpriced, in myopinion, their coffee is far better than Starbucks. Read more
My first time in this store. Visited approx 7a Sunday morning. Courteous counter person, plenty of additional staff standing... around. Store in need of a good deep cleaning, trash removal, parking lot in need of trash pickup, cleaning and refresh. Oneof the least presentable Dunkin I've been in. When they first opened the food and drinks where made with quality. Today I had 7 food items stuffed into one of the smallest... bags. I ordered 2 warm up wraps that were packaged together and burned to where the tortillas crumbles, 2 sweet pepper baconcroissants with half strips of bacon and half done eggs, 3 hash browns all burned black. The cashier threw the over stuffed baginto my hand. The worst service ever from them. Read more
Previously a five star rating, better customer service to be desired, could be more efficient and in a "better mood" comparing... other coffee shops in the area this one has been consistently disappointing me. Worst Dunkin? ever. The guy taking my order literally didn?t listen, then threw the donuts in the bag like he was throwing... baseballs. The new pancake wake-up wrap is terrible. Looks nothing like the picture. Read more
