Ever been on one of those random quests for something like ice cream out of the blue? You know, it's almost 10:00 at night, and... someone says, hey! Let's go get some ice cream! Sounds great until you realize nothing is open. Except Graeter's. We had no ideait was even there, and after a Google search for ice cream, we were well on our way to getting what we wanted. And not onlythat, we ended up getting ice cream from one of the most gourmet ice cream places you can think of. Super cool! Love it. Read more

God bless the teenagers working?they are super sweet, but super clueless. My mother-in-law asked if a single scoop could be... split between two flavors, and they responded that she could order a double scoop but just get less ice cream?and still pay thefull double scoop price. Then my husband ordered a single scoop in a cone, but literally got 1/2 the amount of ice cream that Igot in a bowl. When he mentioned how little he got to the workers, they just shrugged him. Graeter's makes my family's favorite ice cream. My favorite flavor is unfortunately seasonal (strawberry chocolate chip), but I... suppose that makes it seem even more special during the spring when it's available. There are tons of flavors, something foreveryone. The line when we last stopped was out the door, but the wait wasn't long at all. Great staff and great tasting icecream. Read more
Love that they have a dairy free option now. And it's really good. They have been well staffed the past few visits we have made.... Their ice cream is unique. Whenever I ask my children where they want to go for ice cream, Graeter's is usually the response. Read more
