Showed up to this location at 8:30PM on a Saturday night with 4 guys in total for a bachelor party. After a pleasant experience... selecting a cigar in the humidor we were then promptly told we had to leave the establishment because 2 of the members in outparty didn?t have collars. After talking in circles to explain our situation with the manager, and pointing out several otherpatrons who didn?t have collars, we made no progress. We were told that the other patrons were here before 7pm when the dresscode goes in effect. We explained we had people in town for a special occasion and would happily comply with their dress codeafter 7pm if they could grant us a pad this one time as this is apparently a new rule just being implemented by the owners. Iasked for a refund and was told that was not an option, but if I?d like to sit outside off their property to smoke my cigar,they would come out to light it. This establishment was empty on a Saturday and they turned down 4 people who already spentmoney on their cigars and were ready to spend money on drinks and enjoy a nice evening. Their front door staff was not in placewhen we walked in to inform us of this rule before we purchased cigars. The manager did ask for my name specifically as I wasthe only one who was clearly unhappy with their ridiculous policy after I told her I was going to make sure I left a review ofhow our group was treated. The owners of this company should probably learn how to run a business if they want to keep theirbusiness alive. This place is a joke and I will make sure everyone I know, is informed about our treatment and interaction withthis business. Read more
I'm going to come here more often. The staff is friendly and cool to chat with, great drink selections with talented... bartenders, owner is a pretty cool dude, cigar selection has all but 1 of my favorites, prices are pretty cheap for the highquality you get for cigars and drinks. I come here to study and I take my friends here to introduce them to new stogies. Read more
This is definitely the nicest cigar bar I have ever been to. I have been to Havana many times and I always love the atmosphere... and the great customer service. If I am going for a great dinner or just to smoke a few cigars, I always look forward toreturning. Read more
I have been to Havana for over 6 months and Victoria is horrible. she disgraced me, manipulated me and harassed me and told me... to go back to my seat when I was saying goodbye to one of my good friends because I'm moving out of town. do not go to Havana.they are racist and I was asked to leave when I been a good customer there for over 6 months so I give them zero reviews. go toBurn downtown Indianapolis to not go to Havana The management. there is disrespectful. they charge me $9 for a tip that I neveradded to my account and Victoria is a very unprofessional. I will be rejecting that bill for an extra $9 one. my bill was $30and they charged me $9 because I left because of being harassed because of the color of my skin. do not go to this location. ifyou have rights for Americans. they are racist!! Staff was nice, food was excellent, drinks were bomb, and of course the cigars were mice too. Will visit again!

Havana is a nice place to come and sit back & relax. And as you smoke a Cuban or too with a good drink and have casual... conversation, you can't go wrong there.
