There were only 3 customers present when we arrived so parking was plentiful. Greeted and sat quickly. While the table had been... wiped, there was a cup full of garbage still on the table, it stayed for the duration of our meal. Waited almost 10 minutes forour waitress to greet us and take our drink order. Pancakes were dry and all six of them were borderline burnt. The 5 of us went to this location after a celebration very early in the morning. After being greeted by security our server... showed us to our booths quickly and was attentive to all of our questions regarding the meal. While we were there a number ofordered the country fried steak and eggs. Which came out from the kitchen fresh and very tasty. I would recommend this locationfor anyone who would like a meal done correctly. Read more
Took my kids here for dinner. First time ordering a burger at IHOP, it was actually pretty good. Kids had pancakes with... scrambled eggs and sausage. Sausages were a little dry, but they enjoyed everything else. Server was friendly and checked upon us regularly. Read more
Waited forever to get seated a total of over 3 hours from start to finish to get food we ordered. Staff seemed more worried... about getting to go orders out the door then seating customers and then once you finally got seated it took even longer to getyour food and no the restaurant was not packed. Busy at 1st in lobby area with people waiting to pick up orders and be seatedbut come on 3 hours for food. Food was good but not worth it Read more
Once we were sat it took forever just to get someone to the table. Two gentlemen that were seated after us were already eating... before or drink order was even taken. They were not busy at all. Maybe 5 tables for 3 waitresses. Granted one of them was an 8top but if you can't handle having other tables when you have ONE small party table, then you shouldn't be seated any more untilthe party leaves. They were hiring, which translates to...they were short staffed. But they did amazing! Just know, if you're in a hurry it will... take longer than usual. Food was amazing. Service was friendly. Prices were reasonable. Read more
Update Aug 2021: My good friend and I grabbed our only meal of the day here the other evening. Happy to find out they were open... as many other places due to employee shortages were closed at 8pm. Friendly and excellent service as usual. Note: they aren'twearing masks anymore. Note: Happy Hour menu items here are $6 not $5. May 2021: Consistently great service! Love their HappyHour Menu (2pm -10pm) $5 and $3 meals. I enjoy the fluffy ham and cheese omelet and order roasted Serrano peppers for an extra$1 on the side because I like my food spicy! Comes with pancakes for $5 My friend gets the delicious BLT requesting onsourdough bread. It comes with French fries for a total of $5. So delicious! Take out ordering available! The food here was great. good quality cooking. Fast service and staff was polite and professional. Food was ordered and brought... out reasonably fast. However just from the general look around it didn't seem to be cleaned up but wasn't super bad. Probablycould use a remodel or new furnishings. And a good floor scrub. Read more
