It's like Panera but better in every way. If you choose to eat here there are plenty seats to include booths. Their prices... have remained reasonable but you will be prompted to tip during checkout. Everything feels clean and well kept. It's theperfect spot if you want a low key but high quality sandwich, soup, and/or salad. Read more

Personally if I could give this store a zero star I would. I order my normal order(McAllister club, ultimate nachos, kids meal,... and choose 2). I when I got there I notice my total was different from before. I saw that they charged me .75 per peach flavoradded to my tea refill cup(which they didn?t even fill all the way);as well as .50 per side of honey mustard. I asked if thiswas normal because I have never been charge before and was told yes. After speaking then with the manger(Melissa) who in fact isEXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I asked her for the number for corporate she yelled at me and told me her manger would callme and then she hung the phone up on me. I will NEVER go to this McAllister again. Read more

9/5/22 I ordered lunch while I was at work. I generally order the same product from here. I ordered a club wrap and a chicken... ceaser wrap. My chicken ceaser wrap item was thrown in a small container very sloppily. The wrap was open and had xactly 2teaspoons of food on the wrap which was unfolded. In hindsight I wish that I had taken a picture to share so others could seeexacrly what I received. A picture is worth a thousand words. I have been requesting a pickle from each location i have visitedthe past few months and have not received it, I'll assume that a pickle is no longer an option and they need to update theirsystem. It was my 1st time visiting this location and needless to say it will be my last. Read more

Inconsistent with the nacho shareables on various occasions. Sometimes the chili meat is mixed with the cheese, which limits the... Rotel taste and lessens the amount of cheese. The reason this dish was a hit when I first started purchasing, is due toseparation of ingredients. Also, on most occasions I do not receive all of my food order when I order delivery. Read more

Love the 1/2 and 1/2 deals McAlister's offers. If you can't ever decide between soup, salad, and sandwiches, this is the best. ... I personally love their chef salad, they don't skimp on the meat, cheese, and veggie toppings. Some salads feel like a wholehead of lettuce that somebody decorated on top with stuff to make it look appealing; not the case here, you will leave full andsatisfied. Read more

Very nice staff and clean. The lemonade is especially good. I had a pecan berry salad with a raspberry vinaigrette, both of... which I really liked and I typically don't care for raspberry vinaigrette. I didn't care for the grilled chicken though. I'ddefinitely get it again without the chicken. My better half had the Savannah chopped salad, which he liked and would orderagain. We didn't have to wait in line to order on a Wednesday evening around 7:30 and our carryout order was ready quickly. Read more

My wife likes this place. It wasn't a good experience doing carryout for her. We couldn't call ahead because they were too busy... to answer the phone. "We've been really busy and we're really short staffed." It was a pretty long wait. They didn't have thedrink my wife swears that she just had a week ago. They serve you your to go order on a tray and give you a bag. I ordered apickle and the cashier said to get it from the pickle barrel but there was no way to get one without stealing a non disposableplate. The person who served me my to go tray went and got me pickles in a cup and patted me on the shoulder with a "there yougo. I got you three." If it were up to me I wouldn't go here for carryout. There are more convenient places to get betterquality food as a carryout order. Altogether it took more than 45 minutes to drive to this place that's 5 miles away, order, wait on the food, ask for pickles, pack my wife's lunch, and return home. Read more
