Have loved this place for years, but I hate the fact that every time I come here, I end up throwing away a massive bag of trash... and plastic. Go back to using real bowls and silverware?.feel like companies have used covid as an excuse to to go to all singleuse items when you dine in. A dishwasher gets hot enough to kill anything on it. I visited this location today on 3/6/2022 at approx 2:30pm to speak with the manager about an order issue from the day before. ... He not only replaced the order and resolved the issue.. he EXCEEDED expectations. And to ensure everything was correct heprepared the order himself. This is how customer service is done!. Upon first entry, there was a horrible smell similar to dirty mop water. Floors were sticky. The dining area was filthy. Food... all on the carpet and floors. Dishes piled high. 6 bottles of sirracha that were practically empty were left for customers touse. I got one squeeze and threw the bottle away. My to-go order was delicious and staff was friendly. Staff needs help!!Hire more people to help cook and clean. Current staff seems overworked. Pretty disappointing, this is the worst that I've seenthis location. Read more
Noodles & Co in Fishers is generally a pleasant lunch spot. WiFi reception is usually a bit weak or non-existent for people... looking to work over lunch. The food is hit or miss at times. In 3 out of 5 times visited in the last 3 months our orders wereprepared incorrectly. The staff is pleasant but sometimes they let the dining area get very dirty. When prepared as ordered, thefood is very good. My only real nit is the cleanliness of the dining area and bathrooms and the consistency of service. Read more
