An incredibly poor customer service experience all around. Great pizza though! - Forgot multiple items we ordered. They had... closed by the time we got home with pickup. When calling back they next day, they asked why we didn't call back even pastclosing hours "as someone is always cleaning at least an hour past close." Thanks for expecting customers to assume somethingthat honestly isn't the best route to a possible solution. - When trying to rectify the issue, they mentioned the person whohandles previous day purchases is "typically never here, so we're not sure that will help." Great. Very helpful. - When wefinally arrived at a solution of store credit, it was pulling teeth to figure out how we would use that store credit as theperson on the phone simply said "just use it next time you come in" with no initial explanation of how that would happen. This place is great for a few reasons. First, it's one of a few pizza places that offers vegan cheese and vegan sausage. They... have a gluten free pizza option as well. I ordered chicken parmesan which was no better than average. I had two requests 1) to make sure they put a knife and fork in... the bag, and 2) to add extra sauce on my spaghetti. They did neither. The garlic bread barely had any garlic flavor. The bestpart of the meal was the salad. The Italian dressing, toppings, and cheese were very good. Normally really great. Unfortunately tonight, they didn?t give us any of the sauces we asked for the pizza and garlic bread.... They also didn?t make my pizza correctly. I still recommend going there but if you?re doing take out, double check your stuffbefore leaving! Read more

Ordered lunch for my work staff. Went in yesterday to make the order ahead. The kitchen manager took the order and was... extremely nice. Came back in today and it was not ready. Not only was it not ready-the order was incorrect. Waited 15minutes for them to correct the order. Then they put 13 small pizzas, a half salad and two other boxed container before me. Iasked for a bag. Nobody bothered to help me out even though I gave them a nice tip. Never again. Extremely disappointed. Read more

Server was very unfriendly. Barely checked on us after first contact. Had to ask busboy for water refills. Food took almost an... hour. I will say this, however: pizza was killer. Clean and inviting atmosphere! The food is fresh and delicious. I believe that the quality of the food here is on par with a... higher end Italian restaurant at half the price!! The Garlic bread is crisp yet tender and doesn?t cut the inside of my mouthlike some other places do. Read more
