Come here daily to get a smoothie after my workout. I dont know if the owner is having a bad day sometimes or not but he always... complains of how busy they are. I hadn?t seen him in a few weeks. We have stopped by a couple times the last few weeks and both times I was... impressed with the above and beyond customer service from the young adults/teenagers working. My experience at this location wasn't good at all. I was really hoping to have a good smoothie because I hadn't ate all day and... was craving one. Went in and there wasn't a wait at all. Two employees working at the time. One went into the back and the othertook my order. I ordered the activator strawberry and banana with a extra scoop of whey protein. The size was 32 ounces. Thesmoothie wasn't good at all, it was basically all ice chips, at least that's all I could really taste. It was so icy I couldreally drink it, the blending wasn't great either. It was almost like it got ice blended and everything else thrown in andblended for a few seconds. I ordered the 32 ounce and it wasn't even full, a decent amount was missing out of it. (Pics will beattached) I used the restroom to wash my hands after I received my order. I turned the hot water on for a little bit to wash myhands, got the soap and started to wash my hands and IMMEDIATELY stopped because the water so HOT it literally BURNT my skin!!!I do not understand why the water has to get that hot at a smoothie shop? (Pics will be attached) The steam from the water wasridiculous... The only reason for 2 stars is because the order was extremely fast, and the store was decently clean. Just went in to grab a quick smoothie. No line when I entered. They took all the correct safety precautions (great to see that).... My cashier, in fact the whole staff, were nice. I enjoyed my time there. If you are in your car, you might miss it. Or not finda place to park. It's in a spot where you can kinda take a stroll and stumble on it. I'll be coming back... Read more
Great place, nice location. It's always nice and clean and the staff is always friendly and willing to help you navigate the... menu. I usually stop by during the day on weekdays and they are never so busy that I've had to wait more than a few minutes inline, so it's good for a quick stop. The parking garage adjacent/behind the building is free and the spots right by the entranceare labeled for "Smoothie King To Go" patrons, so it's easy to get in, get your smoothie, and be on your way.
