Frequently visit this location, usually it's ok, however this evening I got to deal w a condescending barista making smart... remarks when I returned w 2 of my drinks that had been made incorrectly and I asked for them to be remade. The gentleman indriver thru was so friendly too, it took a pleasant experience and completely ruined it. Unfortunately, I did not get picturesof the drinks, but I got 2 bright orange, frothy cold brews that were overly sweet and shaken. I did not order shaken. Andrather than just apologize and remake, the barista had the audacity to imply that I was unhappy w "gravity"...which apparentlymakes a split drink turn into a bright orange milkshake..... Read more
Staff are always great. Warning always check your order at this location. I usually go here numerous times out of the week,... when I do this location I have to make sure my food is correct. Sadly most of the time it is not or worse spoiled. Of course itis on the way to work and cannot do anything about it, then when you get a chance to call and they just tell you sorry. Wellthanks for taking my money and not fixing the issue (missing items I would not bother calling for thats my fault for hoping theywere in the bag). I still will return as this location is on the way to work. Just be weary and check your food. Other than thatdrinks are usually how you order them. Read more
I understand that this Starbucks is typically pretty busy, but it?s really frustrating to be late to work when you ordered... online. But you?re watching 4 plus walk in orders get theirs drinks before you. Definitely didn?t leave happy. I give 3 starsfor the benefit of the doubt. Read more
Friendly staff, plenty of comfy seating. But just like other Starbucks locations, the coffee leaves something to be desired. But... I do like the impossible sandwich they have now, even though it's a bit pricey. Read more

Customer service always great, but today I ordered a Venti Frappuccino and was told at window after ordering my drink there were... no venti straws. Please don?t allow customers to order venti Frappuccino?s if you do not have the proper straw to give them. Icouldn?t finish my drink and my straw kept falling down into my cup which really sucked. Would?ve been nice if he made me awarethat their were no large straws for a Venti. I would?ve ordered a grande instead. My Frappuccino is normally better wasn?t thatgood today also. Read more
I love this location (walking distance from downtown Fishers) and the staff. I am always greeted upon entering and the employees... go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The decor is unique and although it is a busy location, it still has a vibe-ycoffeehouse feel to it. There are a variety of seating options suited for larger group meetings or casually meeting with afriend. Read more
I used drive up. Server was all smiles and first name friendly, until I didn't tip for standing at a window. My daughter was ill... and wanted a drink from here. I am not a regular at all. I do not know the menu and it's complexity. I assume she liked herdrink as I had to porch deliver. 7$ for a flavored coffee. I think the tip is already in there somewhere. Read more
