Consistently underperforms in customer service. The care factor here certainly could use improvement. Its one thing to be... conservative on sandwich toppings however its another thing if you have to ask for more than 1 pickle chip, 1 spinach leaf, andthe proper amount of dressing. Looking forward to coming back to experience their improved customer service. Read more

Wow! So much bread and very little toppings. I wished I had read the reviews before ordering online. Spent 25 min getting here... to meet a friend. Would have been better to order in another location. The place has plenty of seating though and is veryclean. Has this always been a place with baby lunches of ingredients?? I would have ordered everything on the sandwich andpicked out the tomatoes etc (more expensive ingredients) and traded with my friend the ingredients she doesn't want. Irecommend if possible to hold your craving and try the ones located close to Carmel Rd and Keystone, 146th st, and even 55th andkeystone (they honor the app order freesub discount code) You will be surprised how delicious the sub is with the right amountof ingredients! I can't even include a pic of my humble sub. Has it always put pinches of toppings or is this a covideffect?? We normally love all the staff at this location, but on our last visit an employee kicked us out 30 minutes before the store... closed to ?clean? the otherwise empty store. This employee also had airpods in while we were ordering and did not exhibit anycare for the customers and even forgot 2 separate drink orders. He had tall, black curly hair, but was not wearing a name tag.Overall, this employee made for a very unwelcoming visit. Read more

Terrible service when ordering with the app with the stingiest and scarcest toppings, when they didn?t forget to add them... all-together. Prep workers have masks with noses over their masks and last worker handling food, credit cards, and cash with thesame gloved hands. Won?t answer phone, just goes to a fax. Online request for assistance ignored. Of the dozens of Subwayrestaurants I?ve frequented, this is by far the worst. Sad since it?s also the closest to our neighborhood. Never again! Read more

Today will be the last time I use this location. They messed up my order three times in a row. I ordered online. I paid $2.00... extra for bacon and got none. My seafood sandwich had LITERALLY three chunks of meat for a footlong. No excuse for messing up anorder especially when the store is empty, ordered typed up right in front of your face. Read more

I find it unacceptable that THEY gave me the wrong sandwich, after I said "don't give me that ladies turkey sandwich." I get... home to find THEY gave me the turkey. I called and had to drive back over there to get the correct sandwich and I'm not evenoffered a free cookie and THEY reused the bag. I should have recieved a free sandwich! I would have been very happy with acookie. Obviously they don't care if their customer is happy or not. Read more
