I eat here at least twice a week. Always great service and friendly staff. Tonight( Saturday, July 31st) I walk in and... extremely vulgar music is blaring from the Subway speakers. Laced with the N word and F word. I was very uncomfortable withthe fact that young children were in line hearing this. Not a single person stayed in the store to eat. Everyone got theirfood and bounced. The store manager is a great guy and wasn't present. This would have never been playing had he been there. Very disappointing. Read more
As we walked in a gal was moping, awesome, but she just stared at us as we walked in. I didnt feel welcome at all. Then I tried... to order 2 sandwiches... the bread and the meat I wanted they were out of. It was maybe 7 PM, not time to be out of a lot ofthings I wouldn't think? It's nice inside but... I left without the chips, called store within 10mins and was told to simply give my name at my next visit and the chips would be... included. Simple enough, right? My next visit, within a week, I told the manager as I was placing my order. He refused to honorthe word of his employees because they had not written a note for the back room. He said, “anyone can walk in here and try toget a free bag of chips!”. Really? I’m going to spend money with him on the spot! Bad choice, horrible customer service!Never going back! I wish I could give it 0 stars. This is by far the worst Subway I've ever been to. The establishment seemed clean and fine. The... older Hispanic man behind the counter making the subs was what makes this place somewhere to avoid. He was rude, threw the foodaround, asked if we wanted it toasted and when he was told no, he put it in the toaster anyway. When we asked for more blackolives, he said no, you have 6. It was the worst Subway experience. There are other Subways within a few miles. Save yourselfthe hassle and go to a different one. Read more
Our fav subway to go to. The usual staff has appeared to change, which is sad. They were always friendly. Made your orders... perfectly. Nice to be greeted by the same staff each visit. Read more
