WHY IS THERE ONLY ONE LANE DRIVE THRU. I GET STUCK THERE FOR 20/30 MINS. I HATE IT, ID RATHER LEAVE AFTER 10. FAST FOOD. Okay,... that being said the pale girl with long hair who took my order at the window on 10/5 around 8:30pm was very polite and nice. Iguess she must be new, but I appreciated her. As others have said this place used to be great. However twice now I've placed an order on the app only to find out the store is... closed when I got there. At 2pm in the afternoon. Wouldn't be much of an issue but the app charges you BEFORE you get to thewindow unlike McDs App. So you have to wait days for a refund. I get it staffing is an issue right now. But, if your store isshort staffed and closed tell the app to not accept orders for your store. That way no one wastes time or money. Read more

I?ve been in fishers a little over a year and this Taco Bell use to be great, friendly workers and great service. I?ve even... offered tips through the drive thru. That?s how good the service use to be. The past 3 months, depending on the time you go, youget nothing but poor service. The employees are just plain out rude. I go this morning and the man at the window was rude andtalking about me because I asked for a large drink instead and tried to explain that every time I come here and get a meal I?vealways gotten a large drink and never had to ask for it. But I?m willing to pay the extra for it. He rolled his eyes, shut thedrive thru window and seemed to be talking about me. Which is fine but don?t call me names because I didn?t say thank you for myfood. So I just pulled away and didn?t bother with engaging. This isn?t the first time it?s happened either. Read more

I always pay for extra toppings on my bell grande and bean burrito, but continually this location does not add them. If you are... going to charge almost a dollar for extra cheese, or extra money for guacamole or jalapeños, then the customer should get whatthey pay for. Regrettably at this location I rarely get what I pay for. I recommend avoiding this Taco Bell location unlessyou really don't want what you order. Read more

This Taco Bell location is absolutely amazing!! And - I don?t use that term lightly! Everything from the staff, the service, the... food, the cleanliness of the restaurant AND the parking lot, their attention to timeliness of the orders and making sure theyare correct, etc! I just can?t say enough! (See story below) I had a late night (10pm-Friday) craving after a long work week,so I went to the supposedly (24HR) Taco Bell location closest to my house, which is right off of the interstate (I-69 & 96thSt), but Surprise, Surprise!!!! Despite their advertised hours, they are closed! Again!!! Which happens randomly throughout theday on a regular basis, but they refuse to change their online hours of availability! Super frustrating! Moving on - I continueon to the next closest location located less than 2 miles away in a residential area & imagine my surprise to see it open andTHRIVING!!! They had 5-6 cars lined up in the drive thru & 7-8 cars parked in the lot waiting for To-Go orders. Waiting for mydaughter to text her order, I parked a ways away in the middle of the lot. In the 5 minutes I waited, I witnessed the mostpositive & energetic person, ERIC(K) constantly walking outside hand delivering orders, checking on and updating people waiting,and he even walked over to my car parked out of the way to see if he could help me! I hadn?t even ordered anything yet, but hewas on top of all of it & with a smile on his face the entire time!! I finally place an online order for drive thru pickup andthen a few min later when I pulled up to the drive thru to pick it up. I discovered that there were only 3 people working in theentire store! WHAT?!! The constant stream of happy customers, both parked outside & in the drive thru & the speed at which ithappened just blew my mind! I went through the drive thru around 3P on 8/19. When I get up to the kiosk the lady tells me that she doesn?t have access to... something(?) so she can?t make change AND the credit card machine is down. What a coincidence, right? Oh, and she?s the only onethere but yet she?s ?trying not to close.? Yeah, good luck with that? I told her that putting a sign at the entrance to thedrive thru stating such would be helpful because there?s no escape once you?re in. Duh!? To the franchisee: If this store were ahorse?.. Made the mistake of ordering online.. 2 boxes, 12 tacos each. Arrived to pick up the food, and received only 14 tacos. Cashier... claims 14 is all that came through on the order and refused to fix it. She told me I could request a refund via the app. Notso. $40 for 14 tacos which is about 50% higher than the normal menu price. Read more

I?ve ordered from this location twice on the app. Drive all the way here just to be turned away at the drive thru both. The... first time (7/24) there was bad weather so they said they couldn?t take orders. Okay, fine. Fair enough. Order again on the appand now it?s just ?we can?t take orders right now.? At least make the place appear closed on the app so I don?t waste the gas. Read more
