This Wendy's does really well pushing lunch hour through. I never wait more than 5 minutes for food, no matter what time of day... I am here. The staff are really nice, and the drive through is well maintained. Their mobile ordering process works well here.The fries are usually okay, but lately the burgers have been a tad too dark. Went here today to have lunch with my wife and son. Three people, all ordered a full meal with fries and drinks, both ketchup... dispensers were not working. When my wife went to ask for ketchup the lady at the desk gave her two packets for all three of us.When I went to ask for more the lady that was running the fries shoved her gloved pinky finger inside of her ear twisted itaround pulled it back out and flung her findings into the direction of the fries. I said never mind about the ketchup because Iwas not eating the fries anyway. I will not be going back to this location. Read more
Terrible service. Absolutely terrible. Lady at counter took one order at a time, then proceeded to screw up every order in front... of me. Small talk with kitchen staff, everyone moves in slow motion. Gave guy in front wrong change, then argued about it - butshe shorted him $5. First of all: it took 20 minutes to get through 4 cars before you could even order. Secondly: I placed a very basic order where... my only requests were 1) no ketchup and 2) some ranch dressing packets. Not only did it take nearly 30 minutes to get throughthe drive-thru, but when I got home there was ketchup on my sandwich and no ranch dressing in the bag. Good location and easy to enter/exit. Food standard, fries were fresh. Problem was drive thru wait for not being very busy was... slow. But personnel were cordial so 4/5 stars. Read more
