Slow, slow and did i say slow. The place had hardly any customers yet it took 40 minutes to get our food. When we did get it... our order was wrong. A customer before us seemed to have order issues as well. I do not plan on returning, Sheetz is rightacross the street. Read more
Completely confused and disconnect staff. Plenty of people working and not extremely busy, but still waited 20 minutes for food.... Employees seemed more interested in phones and smoke breaks than serving the few customers in the store. We saw at least threepeople come in from the drive-thru with incorrect orders. Read more
We stopped by this Wendy's for a quick bite to eat before a Doctor's Appointment at Augusta Health. This Wendy's is terrific!... The food is served fresh and hot, especially, the fries! The Drive Thru Ladies are awesome too, as they love to call you Honey!Awww! They are very kind, and as sweet as their Southern Sweet Tea! Read more
Ordered Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe, $2.34. Once I returned to work, I was not happy. The bun was cold and stale, fell apart when I... picked it up, the sandwich only had ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Toppings for deluxe include tomato, onions, and lettuce. The 2 start review reflects the kind lady working at drive thru, if not for her, this would be 1 or less. Read more
They messed up my order. I had ordered a double hamburger and they gave (and charged me for) a double baconator. Instead of... making the correct burger they just scrapped off the cheese and removed the extra ingredients and gave me the same burger back. Read more
Nice and clean inside. The service was efficient and noneventful. Food came out in minutes with correct items. Burger was hot,... bun was soft, taste like every double stack I ever bought at Wendy's. Although food is basically junk, its fast, cheap, andconsistent. The employees are not cheerful, but they serve your food and get you on your way without any trouble, and to expectanything more would be ludicrous. I would recommend this place for a quick bite. The pub burger kinda sucks, not worth anywhere near what they charge for it. On the other hand, the service here is the fastest... in the state and the food was hot and fresh. Read more
