Worst customer service experience ever! Drive thru service is terrible. Tonight is my last night supporting this location.... There's too many young people working there in the evening that apparently don't like their job. They often lie about not havingcertain items on the menu just so they don't have to serve you. They never remember to add cutlery to the drive thru orders,either. The two young ladies that work the drive thru are very rude and they push the order into your hand through the drivethru window while making snark remarks. Service is terrible when they're working. Placing the order was quick and easy. Food was ready when I walked into the restaurant.
Made a special trip about an hour because the 1 by us went out of business a few years ago & this was 1 of my favorite... restaurants. Their turkey meal was my favorite & they told me they no longer serve turkey except around Thanksgiving. Extremelydisappointed!!! Read more
I haven't been there in a couple of years due to their undercooked food. I went there today hoping that it improved with staff... turnover. No. They still have undercooked food. The new potatoes were too new. They should at least cook them. The creamedspinach was gray, the chicken looked like it was hacked apart with a dull wooden knife and the gravy tasted more like cornstarchthan anything else. There's plenty of other places to eat. Next time I won't waste my time or money. I don't believe that theywill be there much longer. Read more
Not overly bad, but definitely not good. Food was cold, the restaurant was not one bit inviting. It's almost as if it's kept... like a dump so that people down dine in. For a thirty three dollar meal for 2, I would expect better. Haven't been there indecades and will more than likely never go again. Pretty sad, but that's what I'd expect from a corporate, franchise chainrestaurant. Pfft. Read more
The staff has been attentive and efficient and the dining area has always been very clean throughout the 9 years my family has... patronized the restaurant. The bathrooms can do with some sprucing up, fresher air and better lighting. Excellent value, neveronce had a bad food or customer service experience. Read more
Most ignorant Boston market ever been to. They wait for me to pull in and then lock the doors on me 10 minutes before they close... sitting in there refusing to serve me does it take me 5 minutes to order my food and go about my business. The store is terribleand the employees are ignorant Read more
