This establishment is absolutely despicable! Owner/management: you should be ASHAMED of yourselves for letting such careless... people work here. I don?t care who you are, but especially being that I have young children with me, we should not have to beexposed to such FILTH and perversion while ordering food. Your staff was blasting the most vile music I have ever had to listento. I refuse to expose myself and my children to such deplorable and reprehensible music. Is this what you condone? I will NEVERreturn to this location, and I will be sure to let everyone know about it. Shame on you! AND the food here does not lookfresh/clean, I was very concerned about getting sick here. This location used to be my favorite. After today?s experience, I?ve changed my mind. Around 2pm I stopped in to order 3 bowls.... While in line I could hear 2 different songs playing. 1 was from the Chipotle speakers and the other was from a workers?playlist. The playlist belted out a ton of curse words. I watched as the staff worked. It appeared to me, it was difficult forthe front line workers to hear the orders being placed. Finally it?s my turn. I ordered 1 bowl to have double meat with 2different meats. The server was not happy when I mentioned she was not giving double meat and that she was giving half 1 meatand half the other meat. As a frequent customer I was aware double meat was extra. We intended to pay extra. The same serverappeared to have an attitude with me after. After reaching home. It appeared the same server put extra spicy sauce on all 3 ofmy orders. 1 bowl was meant for my children. Now we have 3 bowls with extra spicy sauce which none of us can enjoy. $40 down thedrain. We are very disappointed. The Server was an older women who wore a homemade clothe mask. Just FYI, I tried calling thislocation 3 times to speak with a manager but no one answered. So here I am. The whole store is just nasty. Food leftovers on the tables, dinning floors. The kitchen floor is covered with foot stuff. The... employees dumped my rice chicken and beans, salad and tomato?s like garbage in my bowl. I should have just left the store but Iwas shocked and needed time to process. I really try hard to be generous in my reviews. But I can not get past the multiple failures we experienced tonight at this... Chipotle. We came in at 7p.m. and the line was nearly out the door. The staff of young people was undisciplined, disorganizedand it appeared that the new guy was floundering unaided in the fatal funnel at the center position on the food prep line. Otheremployees watched as he struggled sticking diligently to their positions. The ice machine was out of order so we had to ask forice from behind the counter. The floor was a disaster. Every table was dirty inside and out. If there was a leader on duty Icould not figure out who that was. I have eaten at many Chipotle locations. This was by far the worst run one yet. 12/17/21 - Very very disappointed. I gave it one star because, if I'm being totally honest, I still at the food. But if I... hadn't been traveling all day, and if I wasn't starving, and if I hadn't just driven out of my way to go to Chipotle becauseit's one of my FAVS, I would have just gone somewhere else. This place was NOT clean. I wouldn't say it was nasty, but itwasn't what I've seen at the 60 or so other Chipotles I've been in. I've posted the pictures, you can see for yourself. Every time I visit a chipotle, I go in hoping it?s better then the last time. This visit was absolutely the worst. My husband... and I went in together but ordered and paid separately. The ?girl? that was taking the initial part of the order was verydismissive of me. I ordered the new brisket and there was maybe to scoops left. I knew my husband was going to order that alsoand asked if the had a fresh batch coming out (I knew there would be because I saw a cook in the back chopping up fresh brisket)I asked to wait for it and she completely ignored me. As my bowl continued down the line I saw it looking worst and worst. Whenit was my husbands turn to be helped, she was to excited to help him. I went in on Saturday at 11:44 am for lunch. I wanted the new sliced steak but was told it was not ready yet. What? Next I... wanted a fountain drink and was told there was no ice? OK so I'll have a bottled water. No water in the fridge up front and acase of warm water was brought up from the back. This place was open for more than an hour and was totally unprepared to dobusiness. Do yourself a favor and fire the manager. He or she is incompetent. Read more
