Ordered one 3 toppings pizza 2 cheese. Didn?t realize until I got home that they gave me 3 cheese pizza by mistake, called store... told I could pick up replacement meat pizza that day or another day opted for 2nd option only to call 2 weeks later and was toldinformation was not entered in computer so I could not get my replacement pizza. Domino?s willing to loose customer over a $6.00medium pizza. Also girl that messed up my order was the same person I spoke with when I called for the replacement pizza, shepretended someone else handled my order on the original date. Told me to call corporate. The two workers were yelling and fighting with each other over orders that were / weren?t completed while we waited to pick up... an online order. Got the food home, pizza was not what we ordered, which would have been fine if it was actually cookedthoroughly. The pizza dough was still raw, the chicken wings were not cooked through. Glad to know they care about food safety. I tried to call the branch and it wouldn?t go through. We tried to get a hold of customer service through dominos corporate andthey kept hanging up on us and we couldn?t submit the form to customer service. This is honestly infuriating for the amount ofmoney we spent and just not being able to communicate that there are health concerns for the undercooked food. Read more
Horrifying customer service! I walked in to pick up my order. There were 2 employees behind the counter. I saw one was busy... cleaning the counters, so i gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently. However, after 5 minutes or so, I finallycalled out kindly to them and said i was here to pick up my order. The girl looked extremely annoyed and asked if i can give her2 minutes. I said that was fine. Her attitude was behind horrifying and just plain nasty. Its one thing if they were busy andat least acknowledged me when i walked in the store and asked me to wait. However, they didn't say a word to me until i askedfor my order. As i was walking out of the store, she made a comment to her coworker about my "ashy legs". ( I must admit, Iprobably forgot to use lotion that day =] ) Just wow lol. " Yo, That NI***S got some ashy legs" were her exact words". To makeit worse, she was a white female and i am a person of color. Don't let the name Jacob Cohen fool you, i just didn't feelcomfortable posting under my real name. Read more
HORRIBLE! My husband waited an additional 30 minutes after he was told his order was ready only to receive the absolute worst... excuse for pizza. There was no crust on the entire middle. Just cheese and sauce on the cardboard box. Read more
Pizza was fresh and tasted good. I know it's a Tuesday night and not the busiest but no excuse for ONE female employee working... by herself. Never should have been left alone, I felt bad for her and tipped her. She was awesome. Hire more staff urgently!!!!! Read more
Good staff here. They get swamped during munchies rush hour, ish happens.
