Went to this Panera 10/5 around noon and the customer service was amazing. (I?m hoping the time and date allow the staff to be... credited.) The store was extremely busy however Joan the cashier and the gentlemen stocking the coffee/tea bar were so kind, hada smile and were helpful! 4 stars because my soup was not hot and there was a little hassle getting the order right.
