Went to this Panera 10/5 around noon and the customer service was amazing. (I?m hoping the time and date allow the staff to be... credited.) The store was extremely busy however Joan the cashier and the gentlemen stocking the coffee/tea bar were so kind, hada smile and were helpful! 4 stars because my soup was not hot and there was a little hassle getting the order right. Waited nearly an hour for our order, never got it, and they couldn't even tell us how much longer we'd wait. Walked out. Looked... like they only had two people preparing meals on a very busy Sunday afternoon. Read more
Clean resturaunt. Staff seemed pretty nice, maybe a little stressed. Enjoyed our meal. My mother ordered her sandwhich on a... baguette & got sourdough. Not a bad substitute though since sour dough is a healthier option. Read more
I order and get our drinks. Text comes in that my order is at the counter. I see it and tell the girl that if that?s my order I... have my drink she says, ?No, it?s not yours and walks away with it - places it in an obscure spot behind her and then ignores mestanding there waiting for about 5 mins. Then she places the same bag (with my order) in the to go area. I pick up exact samebag - it?s mine. Please are head cases. Read more

$12 for this? The extra yoghurt I ordered for came as side and look at the size of that extra yoghurt (no yoghurt in the bowl).... I wish I had checked before leaving. Read more
