The food is usually good here, when they make mistakes they normally fix it quickly. Just often takes a while to order. Tonight... the place seemed extra smokey like they didn't have all the fans on, but overall a decent place to eat. Read more

2nd time in a month this Wendy?s got my order wrong. First time they convinced me to add a cookie to the order and they didn?t... give it to me. Went today orders two 4 for 4 meals with jr bacon cheese burgers, nuggets and fries. And sweet and sour sauce.Drove back toward home and found they only gave one of our nuggets. No sauce and gave us cheese burgers instead of it baconcheese burgers. The working who took my card didn?t say a single word when at the window. And had to wait in line for 20 minswith only 2 cars in front of me. Read more
I usually get lunch here around 1:30 and it's usually busier later in the week. I'd say the drive thru wait time on a busier day... is 10 minutes. The food is always hot and the customer service is nice. It's a fast food place but it's one of the more pleasantones. Read more
The employees are super friendly and the location is newly renovated. The food was as expected, and they also have the Coca-Cola... Freestyle soda fountains so you can make any drink you want. The bathrooms are clean as well. Read more
Standard drive through lunch place for me. I have been in the lobby a few times. My food is always prepared the way I order it,... and it is always fresh. The staff are always friendly and prompt. In general, I consider the chocolate chunk cookie from Wendy?sto be the best fast food cookie, and of all of the Wendy?s that I?ve been to, this Wendy?s cooks them the best! Read more
This Wendy's has issues. It is not keeping up with the franchise. I asked for Coupon book for Halloween, no luck. They acted... like they never had one. Wendy's other places,VA, are given their free/Keychain treat ,strawberry/chocolate in a cute, can berecycled with a gift, but it has not made it to this location. I am tempted to go in and show the manager what Fishkill is notgetting! Read more
