For months this restaurant is slow and understaffed. You can walk in and see an entire dining side of empty tables and the wait... is 20 to 30 minutes for a table. Service is faster at the bar?!. The wings were fantastic. The establishment was very clean. Restrooms were immaculate. The only thing that they need a little... improvement on is they are a little bit understaffed. . All around I was very pleased with the food and the atmosphere of theestablishment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone craving wings. Read more
The order was done prior to my arrival but the sides (french fries, carrots and celery) weren't in the bag. I had to wait nearly... 5 minutes to receive the sides. One of the mains was only decent while the other was good, the bad part was that there weremultiple hairs on top of the French fries, which were all different oddly, and were also half warm and has cold. Due to the slowservice and the order not being fully covered, even when the order was placed nearly an hour prior to my arrival, I would notrecommend eating here. Read more
On 7/25 I was in BWW and ordered a beer and some food to go. First off, I sat quite awhile to order my food and I believe a... waitress/bartender that wasn’t actually working finally came over and took my order, which I appreciated. I say this becauseshe just seemed to be hanging out and she told the actual bartender that she put my order in for her. Now while I wait I noticehalfway through my beer there’s mold floating in it. When my food finally came out I brought it to the bartenders attentionand she didn’t charge me for the beer but I was charged for carrots/celery/ranch which is absolutely ridiculous but whatever.Got home and my order was wrong. Mad to say the least. Now last night, 8/2, me and my gf came in. Waited awhile for ourwaitress, Sharon, to take care of us. We ordered some aps and a couple drinks and decided to play some Keno, $40 worth. Wewatch our games and KNOW what we won and save the tickets to cash out when we’re done with dinner. In the meantime while wewait and wait for our waitress, another waitress comes over to say hello. An AWESOME waitress named Skye that remembers us fromprevious visits. She tells Sharon to make sure to take care of us and then and only then are we asked if we’d like anotherround of drinks. Food was awesome as usual and we go to check out. I take my Keno tickets to the bar and she informs me we onlywon $10 …..we actually won $25 but I own a bar and understand what happened. The bartender failed to clear the previous paidout winnings on the lotto screen and we got screwed out of $15 because her screen total said $10. So not only did I lose $15gambling, I lost an additional $15 because of incompetence. And my bill was $89 dollars so naturally I left my bad waitress a$15 tip. Long review short, food is great, tap system needs a serious cleaning, service pretty much sucks except for Skye, andif you play Keno cash your tickets somewhere else. Read more
Okay, I have only been here twice but my review is totally neutral . I got (30) wings with (4) different sauces . The sauces... are very, very tasty ! The wings , IMHO, are on the small side and we’ll done, so not very juicy which I prefer ! Some peopleprobably like them smaller and well done ! Overall, a cool place to go and watch a game while eating and drinking . Thebartender was very good and pleasant as well ! A little pricey for wings but it is what it is ! Read more
Awesome fries and Nashville Hot Wings
We've come here a lot, and multiple times their CO2 machine was down, so no draft beers. Today, no draft beer because of a... shortage? Sure. Last month the heater was broken. It's still broken, and it's freezing inside. They say it's not getting fixeduntil the summer? Wow. We like the bartenders but the rest of this establishment needs to get its act together. Sat there for 15minutes as a party of 5, no service at all. Always understaffed. Read more
