I have always been very happy with this location. The staff are very professional and friendly. The prices are very reasonable... especially when paired with the online coupons while ordering. Went with my father and my kids. Cashier seemed under pressure with business flow. Ordered to eat in and we were told that it... was gonna be 30 min wait. Understood that. Ended up waiting almost an hour to discover that our order was waiting on the pick upshelf. Another associate ended up finding the order and gave it to us. Then proceeded to be rude and when my father asked forcups she stated "Technically I don't have to supply cups". Really disappointing to leave a domino's like that. I ordered online. It came on time, no problems. Being honest, not the best wings in town. Also, it'd be nice to try the small... pizza as a thin crust. Why exactly can't you make the crust thin on a small? Thank you for the quick service. Teach your drivershow to make customers feel special. I didn't feel special. I felt like "another quick stop". This place deserves way less than just one star, unfortunately, I cannot give it any less than that, the Fitchburg store on... water street is absolutely the worst!!! The worst employees, the worst service, you name it! After already waiting a half hourfor my food and being told I would have to wait an additional 2 hours, they canceled my order due a tiny fragment of a sentencethat was being said within my own household, and was hung up on. When I called back to let this said ?assistant manager? know,that what he heard wasn?t directed at him, I was shut down, I was yelled over, and just like that, I was hung up on AGAIN! If I could give it less than one star The manager was completely rude and canceled our order because he overheard ?vulgar... ?language in the background of the phone call between people in my household. I usually order online, and i have only had one or two small inconveniences out of the many times i have ordered! The food is... always good, and i haven't had any issues with rude delivery drivers. I found that when i order, it usually takes around 40minutes -1 hour, which is very reasonable! Read more

Don?t not order your food from here. Not only are the workers rude but so is the manager. I put in my order at 8:47pm and it... said it was being prepared by 8:52. We called at 10:00 to check on our order and they said we are backed up and putting you?reorder in right now. At 10:40pm I called again to check on our order and the person who picked up the phone was extremely rude tome, I asked to talk to the manager and as I told him - I understand you?re backed up and may be understaffed but there is noneed to lie that our order is in the oven when it wasn?t. When I called at 10:40 (second time we calling in to check on for ourorder) we?re told it is yet again going into the oven. The manager would not let me talk what so ever and said I?ll be added tothe no call list. Because you lied about making our order? This is completely unacceptable and I?ll be contacting cooperate. Donot order from them and the manager should definitely step down from his position since he don?t know how to communicatecorrectly with his customers. Read more
