Waited 20 minutes and the staff waited on about 8 customers during that time. It seemed like the three employees would take an... order and wouldn't take another order until the first customer's order was complete. I realized I'd be sitting in line foranother 20 minutes for donuts and a coffee and left. Five or six other customers left as well. It was like this last year whenwe visited as well. Read more

Absolute joke. Always understaffed, don?t understand how to take more than 1 order at a time, absolutely the worst part of... Great Wolf. They?ve encouraged me to stop spending money on food there at all. If I have to leave to get coffee, I might aswell get reasonably priced food as well. Great wolf should be ashamed, this is just bad management and missing revenue. Read more

This is my first time at this dunking donut and it was not good. They wouldn?t take my gift card and was told they dnt take gift... cards anymore at that store, plus when they gave me my stuff I had to prep everything myself. They also said after they finishall the muffin that was made they dnt make no more mind you it was only 3 something and they close at 9 pm. I can?t see myselfcoming here and give them my service ever again. Read more

My daughter received a drink that was half full. When she returned to ask nicely for it to be filled she was given a dirty look.... My husband went to assist her and received another dirty look from an entirely different employee. Unfortunately the staff seemsto be lacking in customer service skills as well as the skills needed to prepare their items. Read more

After asking a few key questions about how many people were behind the counter it was clear to me that scheduling and High... employee turn over was to blame for the general" Not Dunkin feeling" familiar with this location. Come on management, get thisright, please. Had a hard time enjoying myself with out leaving to get my coffee at the gas station. Read more
