First off the table was sticky, they were out of Pepsi, Chicken, & Buns they put my sons burger on a hot dog bun. We weren't... given any napkins or silverware. The back of the booth was covered in coloring from kids (tacky). One of our meals came fiveminutes after the rest of us had our food. The table that had ordered way after us got the food before us. And the bathroomswere out of paper towels. SAD! UPDATE: Corporate contacted me through email with an apology. Very disappointing in this economywhen you spending hard earned $ on lunch. Waited 15 minutes to sit, 35 minutes for food, 17 minutes for water that never came (food was spicy ????). So we just asked for... the bill at that point. It didn't seem busy with 7 tables and 3 wait staff working. The youngest of our party said "I'll justeat it at home when I have access to water when I please." Food was decent but service was disappointing. The waitress seemednew. I'd definitely do take out next time. Read more
If I could give a negative star review I would!!! Worst experience I?ve ever had. Waiter took 30 minutes to even come over, then... another 30 minutes for her to get our drinks. Then it took even longer to get an appetizer! An hour later we got our food,however they didn?t give us our side order of fries, and my friend didn?t even get his meal. A long long long time later wefinally got our fries, but my friend never got his meal. He ended up having to take the whole meal home in a box and never gotto eat. Also, it took more than 30 minutes to get our checks. I?ve never had an experience this bad at a restaurant. The waiterneeds to be held accountable, as does the restaurant. Buffalo has been going downhill since Arby?s bought them, the cute aesthetic and uniforms were swapped for grey. This used to be... a place my family ate at once a week for years, all of my childhood. But it was really clear the quality changed after theacquisition. I personally loved the chicken tenders here which were quickly changed into a worse recipe. (Good chicken, buthorrendous breading especially compared to the original). Yet I still stop by occasionally. Tonight I placed a doordash orderand to no fault of the store, the driver stole my food! Ordered online, had Uber eats deliver not only did they forget to put everything in a bag we had two things of our 6 piece... order, they wouldn?t remake the food so we had to air fry my husbands wings when he got back from driving all the way up there(30 mins)each way. To get the rest of it at which point he had to stand there and make them remake the food that was sittinghere. They have messed this up twice now. I highly suggest DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! They also labeled are bags as 1/1 and nothing onthe other bag, so how is Uber eats supposed to know there is two bags??? My husband also said when he went to pick the food upthe lady at the counter was extremely rude. And kept huffing and puffing. Awful service. Read more
This place was a disappointment. Carryout order was ready over 30+ minutes AFTER the estimated time. Tuesday night. Not busy.... Like, really not busy. No one acknowledged my presence in the 45min I sat there waiting. Finally got the food, wings and frieswere all mixed together and the food was cold as Wisconsin winter. Try somewhere else for wings. I ordered for lunch. I set a specific time because I had a meeting to get to. When I got in, I had to wait about 20 minutes past... my time because of an extra large order. I had placed my order well ahead of time. In addition, I had ordered seasoning on thefries and that was missed. The wings were good and I really love the sauces, though. Read more
