It was this Thursday at 6 PM. Did a mobile order and pick up through drive thru. Food was fine but I was sitting in my car next... to the window waiting for my food for 10 minutes with no one talking to me while the line kept growing. Three dudes werestanding around joking around but no one wanted to be at the window. Finally a fourth person, possibly coming back from a break,gave me my order and he was nice at least. This McDonald’s is incredible, in how they always manage to disappoint customers. We have a running joke about this location... because it’s a coin toss if their machines are “going down for maintenance” or if they’ll actually be open for business.It says they’re open 24/7 but if you come after 11:30pm, they’ll likely be doing computer maintenance until breakfast hoursbegin. For having such up to date systems, it’s a shock the employees are so incapable at doing their jobs. Read more
Terrible! Quarter pounder and fries were both delivered within a minute. It was obvious they had been sitting there before I... ordered! When I arrived home took one bit if each, overcooked and tasted awful! Will never use this place again! Read more
Gold star on the owners sticker chart. We use the drive through a lot but going in, they have better service and cleanliness... than some 5 star restaurants I have been to. The girls/young women you had working were jamming out to some 2000's R&B jams forus all and very good at their jobs. Read more
Everytime I go here, I’m treated with nothing but disrespect. Usually I brush it off and “kill them with kindness”, but... tonight I was over then being so disrespectful. I pulled up and was immediately greeted with “I AM NOT TAKING ORDERS RIGHTNOW!” After so many times of brushing it off and reminding myself the staff may be having a rough shift, I lost my cool andhollered back. In response I was told “I DON’T CARE! I DON’T CARE!” And even one time I got “I DO NOT CARE. I AM THEMANAGER. I DO NOT CARE!” No wonder this place is terrible with customer service, quality of food, and getting your orderright (all these have happened various times to me)! Recently moved to the area and get off work late, was originally happy to see that they were 24 hours which is rare because most... places close early around here. The 2 times I rolled in after work I saw people inside but didn't get any response in the drivethrough. If the store isn't 24 hours simply change the listing so I don't waste my time. Read more
I've tried 3 or 4 times to get food around 11:30 and for some reason they're "rebooting their systems" or they're not taking... order at the moment. If you can't take orders why even keep it open 24 hrs ???? Read more
