I enjoy the food, but the people running the restaurant need better training on the point of sale computers. The second time... I've tried ordering a menu item with a simple sub out and the cashier builds it from scratch, charging me $4+ more than itshould cost. First time the manager or owner was there to teach the kid at the register, but this time a flippant manager onduty just told me that's how it is and rolled her eyes. Gone down hill. Bait and switch attempted here. Food is poor quality, at coupon price is a fair deal. Definitely, not worth... experiencing without a coupon, and with a coupon they don't honor it. That might sound bad, but trust me, they did you a favorif you decide not to eat there. Quality will likely never return to the standard they set when they opened, but I won't know ifit does, because I won't be back. Thanks, for the experience.
