My second time having breakfast here. Everything was delicious. The baked omelets are thick and fluffy. The hash browns are... nice and crispy. Of course the pancakes are top notch. The restaurant is clean and the wait staff are friendly. Food came outquickly. Read more

Quick seating for a Saturday morning but it took an hour to get our food and they forgot an order in our party of 4 & when she... brought the 3 of us our food, didn't say anything about the missing order & left. The food was good but not hot. The waitressalso never offered refills of our water, coffee or sodas. Read more

Best French Toast ever!! And today I tried their plain pancakes and can't believe how delicious they are! Such a great vanilla... flavor and so fluffy! Oh and the breakfast potatoes are little pillows of love. I'm so full. Read more

We were looking for a nice breakfast restaurant. Pancake Cafe Fitchburg was perfect! I ordered the California Eggs Benedict & my... son ordered the chocolate French Toast. Both were excellent! Also, the orange juice & house coffee were really good! Read more

Pancake Café is always a good place to go to, no question about that, it's just that today wasn't as good as usual. I showed up... a little later (1pm) and knew what I wanted pretty much immediately. It took a while for the waitress to get to me (no worriesthere) and I ordered. It wasn't anything grandioso - just biscuits and gravy - and after 15 minutes, it showed up... In a takeout box. After the waitress took it back to get plated. It took about another 10 minutes for it to get plated, and by the time igot it, everything was lukewarm or room temp. When I come to Pancake Café, I expect the best. To say the least, this was alittle disappointing. On that same note, the food was still good. Read more

Longer than necessary wait, probably due to short staffing. Service was adequate, pancakes and French toast were delicious.

Choice brunch location. The pancakes are thick and delicious. Meanwhile, the bacon was thick and perfectly cooked, crispy with... every bite but still a touch of chew to really enjoy the flavour of the fat. I look forward to trying the other elements of themenu. Read more
