Great service!!! Recommend going inside since the drive in can have a bit of a long line.
This is an extremely rare one-star review for me to write. I was told they were having equipment troubles and that they would... need to make my coffee as a pour-over. One barista said it would 5-7 minutes but the one that was making it chimed in and saidit would be 3-5. I was in no hurry and said I could wait. I did, for 22 minutes without a single one of the five Associatesworking speaking to me. Around the 20 minute mark they finally started making my order as if they had forgotten about itentirely. I didn't count, but a good 10-12 drinks were made in between me ordering and them starting mine. I waited another 5minutes and finally gave up. Have my $5.00, it's just a coffee...but please everyone just go to another coffee shop. There areseveral right down the road including another Starbucks. No explaination, no apology, no coffee. They were quick to get our order ready. I always appreciate when the people taking orders dont use the weird cup size names and... just say "small, medium, large". Nice kids hot chocolate! Read more

Very bad service, I went to purchase a latte12/20/21 at 620pm. The lady at the register was very rude pretending she didn?t... hear me was looking away not even paying attention to what am I saying. I?ve been to couple of different Starbucks spots it?sbeen the same bad service. I started going To purchase coffee from the gas stations they treat you better for just buying a cupof coffee. My opinion they deserve the money it?s all about the service. Read more
Located right inside the Super Target, this Starbucks had a friendly staff and speedy service. There's not a ton of seating but... most of it was empty as most folks were taking their drinks and going shopping. Read more
11/08/22 around 6pm- I know its hard to find help these days but too many teenagers working at once- not focused on customer... service- worst drink I've had in a while from SB- very bitter no vanilla flavor AT ALL- will never order from this locationagain- plus the garbage where the straws are smelled like something died in there- needed to be changed- Read more
