This makes two visits in a row to the drive through where they claimed the wait was 40 or more minutes. The first time was... supposedly because of Door dash orders. This time I had to direct 4 cars behind me to back up so I could get out. I wish mostTaco Bells didn't trap you in like that. They simply shouldn't have the drive through open at this location if they can't staffit adequately. Read more

We have loved Taco Bell in the past but after moving here to Wisconsin have yet to have a good experience. We have never gotten... an order that was correct, always something missing or incorrect. When we?ve tried to go back a missing item they refused togive it and instead gave us ?free taco? coupons (even with a receipt) Tonight we waited in line to even get to the speaker forordering for 20 minutes, only to be told there is a 20 minute wait for EACH ORDER being placed (there was 3 cars in front ofus), so we would need to wait over an hour to get our order. We were trapped in the line, and could not exit due to people beingin front and behind of us. Mind you this is dinner time with a 2 year old and 5 year old in the car slowly losing it becausethey are so hungry! We were able to get out of the car and ask the people in front of us if they could move so we could leave.We asked the employees if they could send someone outside to let others waiting in line know that the wait is so long and theysaid no they could not do that. Just disappointing customer service, disregard for the way customers are treated. Waited atotal of 60 minutes before we were able to leave with no food. If you don?t have enough employees to meet the needs of yourrestaurant, close the drive through and do dine in only. Or close the dine in and do drive through only. Read more

Ms Ruqaiyah was very knowledgeable of the menu. Her customer service skills was great. I get coffee every morning and a lot of... places don?t use gloves while preparing it and putting on the lid and she did so without me having to ask which says alot?thanks Read more

This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant before. I sat in the drive through for 28 minutes.... No orders were taken the entire time. I ordered online hoping to speed up the process when they did start but they never did.After about 36 minutes I was able to get out of line and go in and there were 6 workers just starting around goofing off. Theyweren?t even busy!!! I was so upset. I asked for a refund and the ?manager? on duty didn?t know what a refund was she said (areyou dumb?) and then finally after another 10 minutes of waiting they finally figured out how to void my transaction. I was atthis Taco Bell for 45 minutes to an hour and left with no food. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more

Came for drive through pick up at 11:15pm , and there were only 4 cars before me and it took them 45 minutes to get to the 4th... car and they close at 12:00am ,when my turn came, they told me that it's closed, they are purposely taking and doing the ordersslow like a snail , they only served 4 customers in 45 minutes and they shut down, and there were more people behind me, atleast come out and tell how many can you serve so I don't have to wait for 45 minutes food. And staff were laughing when I expressed the concern and I spent $100 order at McDonald's Read more

They likely will get your food right but gdamnn Taco Bell.. why is it SOOO HARD to remember the suave packers? Your food is 7/10... for the fast food Mexican without the sauce.. your Delicious sauce is the other 30% why I come.. whenever I seem to order onlinethe sauce is ALWAYS missed. Yeah yeah.. I know.. it?s just the sauce.. it?s like getting a cheeseburger from Mac dons n sayingno ketchup on it but getting ketchup every main time.. it?s annoying man???? it?s not hard to grab a handful of sauce and throwit in the bag. I was starving for Taco's today and my only option in the area is this horribly ran Taco Bell. Every employee I've had the... pleasure to work with is completely unorganized and unprofessional. (The whole store seems unorganized.) Some employee today hada melt down because she was 15 customer deep and I asked her for my receipt; and her reply was: "I'm very busy, and I can't findit. Sorry." And no. It's not due to lack of employees, it's lack of a common sense and business skills. P.S: The taco'sweren't even that impressive. Won't be going back. Read more

The only issue I have with this taco bell is that they will literally serve the entire drive through line before they make the... food for people inside. I waited 17 minutes from when I paid to when I got my food. I could have literally sat down in almostany restaurant and gotten food in that time. If you want fast food, use the drive through, even if the line goes all the wayback to the road! Read more
