Food is fine. There IS a delivery charge. I often have to call back because our order, placed via the app, is incorrect. Do NOT... order "extra" anything. You will have paid a bunch of money and gotten the same, or less, of the ingredient. See the photo forall the "EXTRA" Nacho cheese on my Nacho Stix. I need to stop trying. Learn from my mistakes. I ordered a vegan pizza and received one theyd put bacon on. I then called to let them know about this and ask for a correct... one to be sent. They said they'd do it right away and it would be here in 15-20 minutes (it was a Monday night, so not busy,and I live about 5 minutes away). I was also told the manager would call me when they arrived at 7. I ended up calling back 30minutes later to see what the status was and was told it hadn't left yet, so I asked for a refund. The person who answered thephone couldn't process it, but said the manager would be there at 7 and would handle it and call me right away (they said theyleft another note to have the manager call). I ended up calling at 8:30 after not hearing back, the manager hadnt yet done therefund but stated they did it while on the phone with me (I assume they did, but I won't be able to verify until tomorrow). Ican't imagine trusting this store to make me food again. Had I eaten the pizza theres a good chance I would've gotten sick,then they put no urgency at all on correcting their mistake and just left me hungry, and then again put no effort nor urgencyinto apologizing and correcting the situation. Literally the worst experience I've ever had ordering pizza, and I hope if thisisn't some freak accident that Toppers corporate looks into whoever owns this franchise before they ruin Toppers name morepermanently. Edit: Toppers attempt to resolve this was by expecting me to sign up for their loyalty program to get a freepizza. Seriously? You screw up this hard and your fix is asking me to sign up for a loyalty program? Absolutely wild. Read more

I have ordered the same thing from this Toppers the last 6 times I?ve been, and not one single time have they gotten it right.... Six times. Why do I keep ordering?? Fool me 6 times and I guess it?s my own fault at this point, I can?t believe I continuallyspend extra money just to be disappointed every single time. Same mistake every time, doesn?t matter if I order online andclarify with special instructions, or if I call it in. The mistake involves forgetting to put the extra sauce, which I pay extrafor, onto my pizza, and oftentimes not putting ANY sauce (at all) even when I order both the normal pizza sauce base and add theextra buffalo sauce. I?ve had them correct it a couple of times which they always seem happy to do (thus 2 stars instead of 1),but it?s not super fun for me to have to drive all the way back and wait for them to fix the same mistake over and over. Maybeit?s an issue with the way the toppings/sauces appear on the order receipt on their end, in which case, they should really fixthis. Read more

Well I must say the quality has gone downhill. Changing my review from a 5 star to a one. They were great once upon a time. Now... they bring you burnt pizza with hardly any toppings. When I asked for less in the oven they literally brought me raw pizza doughand breadsticks small than my index finger. No apology at the store. I actually got ill after biting into under cooked food. Oofwon't be returning here. They really didn't want to give me my money back either. Read more

Phoned in an order at 7:45pm last night. They told me 45 min-1 hour for my delivery. Called them at 8:50pm and they said my... pizza was just going in the oven??? Asked to speak to a manager and they had me on hold for 10 minutes, I finally hung up. Pizza was attempted to get delivered to me at 10:15pm. I did not answer my door as I was already in bed. 2 1/2 hours from myinitial call to place my order....ridiculous!!! Read more

Ordered Toppers for the first time out of curiosity. I really wish I went for Pizza Hut or Ian?s. I got some dry, tasteless... pizza and topperstix. I?m pretty sure they were cooked for too long because the cheese and crust all have the dark brown marksall over. What really grossed me out is the funny tasting ranch that turned out to have expired last month ????. Delivery wasfast and friendly tho. Update: I sent a message on FB and never got a call back from a GM. Also, why would y?all think I want agift certificate for some more burnt and expired food? Read more

Ordered 1 order of topperstix for pick up. Was told it would be ready beteen 6:50pm and 7:00pm. I arrive between that window and... notify the resturaunt and they tell me they'll bring it out shortly. 7:15pm - a employee comes out with a pizza for a notherperson I tell him my name and he goes back inside to be unseen again. 7:25 - I go into the store and am told they believe aDelivery driver took my order and they were remaking it from scrach. 7:35pm I finnally get my order after waiting 40 mins for apizza I ordered I placed in advanced and all the employee could say was sorry for the wait before swiftly turning back inside.Unacceptable Topper's. Ordered at 10:35pm, said order would be ready at 11:13pm. Pizza came at 11:45pm. Pretty obnoxious for a Monday night. Food is... good but this isn't the first time I've had issues with Toppers. Unfortunate too cause their stix are really good. And nowafter reading other reviews this looks like a habitual problem at this location. Read more
