We used to come here for prime rib on Saturday and loved it. It was our go to place when we wanted prime rib. Tonight was awful.... They no longer offer the tomato bisque soup, the salads were terrible (too much anchovy in the Cesar dressing). The best partof the meal was always the amazing popover, which they no longer have. The prime rib was so fatty I couldn't eat much of it atall and the pieces I could eat were tough. We didn't even get any aus juice. We both ordered baked potatoes but we're givenmashed. The prices weren't any lower but the amount and quality of food decreased significantly. I left feeling starving, eventhough the meal was far from cheap, and had to go get more food afterwards. It was terrible and we will never be back. Read more

I'm usually skeptical of hotel food. Well this place did not disappoint. Food was over priced, food was burnt, and I have had... better quality off the Kwik Trip heat lamp. Read more

We have been coming here for a while. The food is usually good. We enjoy the prime rib on Saturday nights. We usually go... early. I am always amazed at how slow the staff is. The last two times we went we were the only ones in the place for thefirst 15 minutes and we still had a hard time getting service. The food is o.k. , how ever its clear they are trying to cutcorners/expense. Read more

I have been coming here for years, the food has always been great but the wait staff can definitely be hit and miss. Went last... night with a large party and was very disappointed to see the menu and food has changed down to the bread they serve. I wasthere two months ago as well and it has changed since then. The new manager said they are shifted their menu to accommodate morefamilies. I am anxious to see the new menu as we had an interim menu last night. If the menu stays as it was last nightunfortunately we won't be returning. Read more

I can't give a review on the food at this restaurant as my group spent our entire time there in the bar. We requested a table... when we got there and were informed that it would be a couple of minutes for them to accommodate our group of 8, sooooooooo weheaded to the bar to wait. 30 minutes later we returned and asked the hostess for an estimated amount of time before we'd beseated and were told that the tables were ready but they had just seated a bunch of people and they wanted to be able to payattention to us right away when we sat down, all right, back to the bar. 30 minutes later.......we looked into the dining roomand there were no tables empty and we left and ordered pizzas. I used to be a long-term regular customer for Tuscany for about 6 years. I loved the food, atmosphere, and the staff. I also... enjoyed the former male manager who was always friendly. His positive demeanor added more joy in the dining experience. A lot ofcustomers liked him as well, and we were all friends with him. However, I learned that he resigned in early 2016, and thismiddle-aged (somewhat obese) female manager was assigned. She was quite opposite from him. I never saw her being friendly to thecustomers or workers. She was rather looking upset and grumpy every time I ate at the restaurant. I witnessed a few times thiswoman manager was making aggressive, toxic comments to her workers. My friends whom I used to go there with noticed that, too.We also saw her drinking glasses of wine during her working hours. As soon as she became the manager, things started to changenegatively. My favorite bartender whom I knew for years resigned due to the manager's abusive attitude, and the competent chefwas let go. I stopped seeing the pianist who provided pleasant music. I used to talk with the staff there, so I was aware ofwhat went on. I realized how such pleasant dining experience can turn into a more gloomy, negative one. The good food was nolonger tasting good without friendly staff. So I stopped going there. They may have a different manager now hopefully, but Ihighly recommend the owner of this restaurant train the manager more thoroughly especially being a hospitality industry. It canhurt the business. I guess it already has because they lost myself and my friends as customers. I also heard some other peoplestopped going there as well for the same reasons. Read more

Food: 4 stars (try their Friday night baked fish, it's worth it!) Drinks: 4 stars Atmosphere: 2-3 stars Service: 3 stars Over... all I give it a four. I've been to this restaurant about 4 times now. The layout of the place is a little odd. It feels likeyou're in a hotel. The first two times I went the wait staff was...umm... confused or new. They couldn't find a highchair forthe table next to us and the poor family had to wait like 15 minutes for them to find one. The last two visits they seemed tohave things sorted out. The food is tasty. I recommend their Friday night fish or seafood linguine. The bar is a cozy with softlighting and I've always enjoyed their drinks. They had live music each time I was there and the pianist was very talented andhad a great voice. If they could update the layout and give the place a more modern feel I think they would be "the place to go"in Fitchburg. Read more

My girl and I ate here last night and had an amazing time. It was beautiful and quiet at 7pm, we ordered a few drinks that were... made perfectly, had the braised clams and muscles for an appetizer ( cooked to perfection ), and for a main course she had theseafood linguine (the taste was spot on, the sauce was creamy and covered the entre, some small shell pieces made it hard tochew through the linguine though). For myself I ordered the seared tenderloin (I ordered it medium rare and it came just thatway, the cut was tender with strong seasoning, it paired nicely with the steamed vegetables served on the side.) We willdefinitely be back! Read more
