The Fitzgerald Pizza Hut is horrible. I ordered on the Pizza Hut app at 6:50 PM for door dash (who I didn't order from) to set... my COLD pizza on my WET door mat at 8:30 PM without even a knock on the door. The pizza wasn't sliced so I had to tear coldpizza and the Buffalo melt didn't even have melted cheese. You could literally see the shredded cheese where it hadn't melted.Close the doors to this place AGAIN!!!! Read more

Every single time we go to this Pizza Hut there is some kind of issue! The first time we went they lost our pizza. So we had to... wait on them to remake it. One time the app said they were close and wouldn't let me order. And then was told what I wanted toorder could only be ordered online!!! One time we ordered a supreme and got a green pepper, onion, mushroom and pepperoni pizza!And tonight we ordered and went to pick up our pizza that was "Ready" and of course they messed up one and had to remake it!! Imean really!! I've worked in restaurants, so I'm pretty understanding that things happen. But every single time!! Smh... Can't believe they'd close one location to open another. I can tell you that after 2 visits I am not impressed with this place.... I was excited at first as there is now an alternative to Dominos. But given that on both visits this location skimped heavily ontoppings, I'm not going back. First visit there was a total of 4 pepperoni's on the pizza when we ordered it. I don't recallthe other topping levels. On the second visit there was next to no sauce. I just ordered as of the day of this review for mysecond order. Pepperoni, Bacon and Mushroom. It had little to no sauce on it, the pepperoni were more to the liking this time,bacon was light as was mushrooms. I know you need to keep food cost down, but dang that was way to low on the toppings. And myfamily was not impressed by the taste overall. Thankfully at least the boneless tasted good. I have a feeling this place willfail just like the location that was across from DQ when me and my family moved here. Next time I crave pizza, I am driving toDouglas to try the Howies there.
