We got two Big Fish sandwiches to go. If I'd dined in I would have taken them back. The buns were old and stiff. The fish... tasted like they'd cooked it an hour before I got there then reheated it. Worst fish sandwich anywhere. Floor behind thecounter was filthy with trash and french fries. I wouldn't eat here again if they gave me the food for free. Read more
They got our order wrong, and as usual it was lukewarm at best. Burger King sounds good in theory, I used to love Burger King.... That does not seem to be the case the last few years, and that's Burger King in many different states. Read more

Very rude and the staff acts like you're a bother. Walked in and we were told there was no dine in, only take out. Instead of... the manager telling us (while standing right in front of us) he told the cashier to tell us there was no dine in. No explanationwhy they were closing early and the door clearly displays the lobby is open for dining until 9p. We were there at 7p. The placewas extremely dirty. Your shoes stuck to the floor anywhere we walked. They acted like we were a bother for even coming in toorder food today. We paid in cash and when we got the $.37 back we got it ALL in PENNIES. Trash was laying around on the flooretc. The drink dispenser was covered in soda splatter. We had to remind them that we didn't get our drink cups. They tried togive us our food with a whole burger missing. We finally got our food and drinks and we left and got into our car. When wepulled the first container of fries out of the bag it was half full. We checked and there were no fries that had fallen out ofthe fry container. They just didn't fill it. Avoid at all costs. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and inexperienced staff that aren't even being trained to properly serve... customers. There are a number of issues over the years echoed through the reviews here, and they're all dead on. This placeshould close down. To add, the value proposition of the food is not sensible and it doesn't taste very good relative to what Iremember BK tasting like. Seriously, the prices are ridiculous, so just buy locally instead at $11 a burger. Odds are they willwork for your dollar instead of feel entitled to it. Read more
The customer service is good. But unfortunately the request of the order didn't come out so well. I requested a cheeseburger... with just cheese nothing else on it . got a cheeseburger with cheese pickles mustard and ketchup. My son is unable to have reddye. The hamburgers the cheese wasn't even melted it was still cold so the experience overall was not that great. I suggestchecking your order after you exit the drive thru. Read more
Come here often but today was terrible. Ordered french toast sticks meal like i always do. Noticed something was off when the... two cars ahead were still waiting after 10 mins after i placed my order. Then seen them take off without getting food. Ihonestly should have followed but figured i get served faster. They ended up charging me for someone elses food ( people wholeft ahead of me most likely). Manager had to waste time to refund me the difference. And to top it off they forgot to give memy orange juice and syrup for the french toast sticks. Obviously the person who is taking orders at drive through needs to beretrained or fired. Also made me and im pretty sure whoever unfortunately was behind me late for work. Place used to beexcellent in service but has gone downhill a lot lately. You are better off going somewhere else. Read more
