My family and I come here a few times a month as Chick-Fil-A is our favorite food. This location is very hit or miss. Sometimes... we actually get RAW chicken for chicken nuggets, soupy macaroni and cheese, sweet tea with little sugar, and fries that arerocks. Sometimes we get perfect food. If you've been to any good chick-fil-a, you know what to expect. The food is always very high quality, speedily prepared, and... pleasantly presented. Definitely download their app if you want to get the most out of your money, they give away free foodthrough emails constantly. The only complaint that I have is that the parking lot is very cramped and the building itself is alittle annoying to get into, but that can't really be changed. Worst chick-fil-A experience ever. Drive thru unbelievably backed up which could be forgivable if the lanes weren?t mismanaged... allowing one side to continuously go and the other to wait, all while smelling their trash can. This chick-fil-a has a play place, which is... the entire reason to come here over all the other amazing restaurants in the Flagstaff area. Why are we still not open? We all had a spicy chicken burger meal and it was marvellous! They brought our order to the table before I was back with the... drinks! Compared to the KFC and other fast food chains this tasted more like real chicken. Would definitely come back! Read more
