Great Dunkin? Donuts! The store is clean and we couldn?t decide to get 10 or 25 donut munchkins so we ordered 10 and the cashier... threw a couple extra in there for us which was so nice! My croissant sandwich was absolutely delicious - the croissant was warmand flaky. I hadn?t been to Dunkin? in so long, this trip has reminded me to come back more often! Read more
This Dunkin is not super visible from the road, and you don't want to miss it. Fast, friendly service and of course you can't... beat the coffee. If you miss coffee coolatas you can still get them as "frozen coffee" by the way! Read more
Twice this week I've ordered a small coca-mocha, which they price at a hefty $4.55 with tax, and received a small hot chocolate... instead. The price difference in what I'm paying for and what I keep getting is not worth the risk anymore. East side locationmay be better. Read more
Everytime I come here I order a plain bagel with turkey sausage and egg. I've tried to say No Cheese, Only Sausage & Egg,... Without Cheese, and even tried writing it down and showing them the order. Every single time I get the order withcheese...everytime! Not sure what the disconnect is but it sucks having to wait extra each time. Then the passive aggressive oreye rolls when I ask for it to be corrected make me rage inside. I'd recommend visiting the location by the mall as their staffis way more attentive. Read more
My wife bought donuts here this morning. Unfortunately our dog discovered them first when she came home and ate most of them. ... Unhappy wife = unhappy house so I went back to get more. I mentioned the incident to the DD associate who was so kind inworking with me to see what options were still available. She was so nice she even offered the replacement donuts at no cost. That was so kind, and completely unnecessary. It was not DD fault that my dog likes donuts and I paid for them despite heroffer. This the gesture alone makes me a loyal customer going forward. Trying to park at this location is a challenge but Iwill overcome more frequently going forward. Good service means so much these days. We will support those who provide greatservice. Read more
