First time in this restaurant in Flagstaff and I had an amazing experience today! I ordered jamaican jerk turkey sandwich combo... with potato soup and I loved it . The man taking my order was really friendly and kind, i waited a little while for my food butI read the signs in the store saying it would be a little long so I didnt mind. It was really clean inside and they had musicplaying too. Lots of drink options! Very pretty decorations, it smelled nice inside. The sandwich and soup was very yummy! They have Gluten Free Subs.!!!! Always have a table. Now you have to show your ID if you order online. (People were taking the... food bags of other people and eating it) Firehouse is a great food find! Read more
Excellent sub sandwiches and very friendly and personable staff. Clean restrooms. Parking good. Can be busy but that's a sign... of a good restaurant. Located in Prescott Valley. If you're in the mood for a submarine sandwich this is the place to visit.Highly recommend. Read more
I usually place my orders for pick up here because it can get pretty crowded inside. Whenever I come pick it up even after it is... supposed to be ready I always have to wait another 20 mins or more even with it not being busy. The food is usually pretty goodbut if my food won't be ready for a long time after I am told it would be nice to know that instead of waiting. Read more
Very sad. Drinks had no syrup, tried 7-8 of them, had to dump them all. Subs were fine, but there is no longer the lovely array... of sauces to make the otherwise ?ok? subs over the top. $5 for a 1 cup serving of Mac n cheese. Staff was nice, but didn?t fixthe syrup/drink issue, which they may not have been able to. Place seemed tidy, but we will not be revisiting. Read more

Stopped twice this week for lunch. On Wednesday I ordered the turkey and bacon sub with extra toasted bun and extra crispy bacon... with the ranch on the side. It was great. The next time on Friday I ordered the engineer sub and asked for extra toasted bunwith the mayo on the side to go. It wasn't toasted at all the bun was soggy from the mushy tomato and I didn't notice anymustard. I ended up tossing the bottom bun. They were busy today but still I'd love for the food to be consistent. There weredifferent people working today. Next time I'll check the food before I leave ???? Read more
I have to start out by saying that the Mac and cheese is so good! I?ve never had Firehouse but will definitely have it again. I... had the Turkey Bacon Ranch and it was delicious. Lots of food for a good price. Hopefully next time I can dine in for the fullexperience. Read more
